Nearly two-thirds of voters think Trump committed crimes before taking office, poll finds

I wonder if breaking drug laws, as Obama did, meant he would be a bad President or is it just other kinds of laws that should not be broken.

coke schmoke.

I'd like to see the results of a poll that asked if anyone personally knows of someone who has never broken any law.
It'd be a YES/NO poll.
It would only serve to show the extent of naivete or dishonesty.

I wonder why so many people would think that.

It can't be the media pounding home the idea that Trump breaks every law known to man, could it?

Well it is the media's job to air the news.

If trump weren't a criminal they wouldn't have to report it...

If 2/3rds of Americans believe trump is a criminal, that means a percentage of trump supporters believe he’s a criminal and just don’t care.

Basket of Deplorables. Hillary didn't need to apologize. It was the truth.

coke schmoke.

Yeah, experimenting with drugs is the equivalent of scamming desperate people out of their last pennies, and leaving them deep in credit card debt.

$25 million settlement finalized in Trump University lawsuit

You know, you can try thinking about these things yourself, instead of just accepting what you've been told. If you did, you would realize who ridiculous your argument is, and how Trump is playing you for a gullible fool, because that's what he thinks you are.

Donald Trump loves the 'poorly educated' — and they love him

I can promise you every president from Reagan till now broke drug laws.

So certain laws are Ok to break and not others?

Why are you so sure they all did it? I have never taken drugs of any kind. I am sure there are people like me out there.

Smoking a little weed in College is not remotely the same as paying multiple porn starts to keep quiet about affairs they had with the President a mere months after the birth of his youngest son. Based on some legal experts Michael Cohen has implicated Trump in at least 11 felonies. Furthermore, many of those felonies were committed for the purposes of helping him win the Presidency in the first place. Given that Trump lost the popular vote regardless of those crimes it is a virtual certainty that those crimes won him the White House in the first place.

These crimes have radically altered the course of this country in a way that the majority of Americans did not want. If you want power in America you have to legally convince the Majority of the American people you should have it. If you can't do that without committing major felonies then you have no right to be in the White House.

So you are OK with breaking some laws and not others. OK, at least your hypocrisy is out for all to see.

You are so naive.

I'd like to see the results of a poll that asked if anyone personally knows of someone who has never broken any law.

Speeding tickets, minor possession of alcohol or drugs, parking tickets... These do not equate to the approximately 11 felonies Trump has been implicated in many of which were specifically designed to win him the Presidency in an election where he didn't even win the popular vote. These crimes have major major ramifications for the future of our country. The majority of Americans never wanted this president in the first place. Trump's crimes have radically altered the direction of our country in a way that most Americans do not want.

Allowing this criminal to remain in office over the objection of the majority of Americans is the definition of Tyranny. What's worse is that it's not even the Tyranny of the Majority. It's a relatively small fraction of this country that is still ****ing delusional enough to think he's a good president, and most of those people have seriously questionable moral compasses.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!

Really? This is all you got? Maybe you didn't get the memo, but Hillary Clinton isn't the President, and she's not running this go around either.

It's just hypocritical to attack Trump, and yet you guys would have been just fine with crooked Hillary.

Neither did I, Hillary is scum. Slightly less offensive scum than Trump, but scum none the less. I wouldn't trust either with a ham sandwich. But just because Hillary is an untrustworthy, status quo Republocrat willing to sell out ideals for dollars doesn't mean that somehow Trump is absolved of his conman antics.

Did Trump commit crimes before becoming President? Most assuredly! The man is as dishonest as the Clintons....maybe even more so.

Admit it, the left has nothing but accusations, maybes, what ifs, possibilities, and could have's. That's all they've had for two years.

I knew the point would be lost on you.
When the America voter is left with two perceived dishonest, unethical candidates, the O/P's point is a moot point.

So you are OK with breaking some laws and not others.

So you don't understand the difference between a misdemeanor and a Felony? Virtually every single solitary person on earth has a speeding ticket or has at one point in their life deserved one. Virtually everyone has drunk alcohol underage or smoked a little weed here and there. How many Americans have colluded with Russia to illegally obtain information that would impact a Presidential Election? How many Americans have cheated on their 3rd wife months after she gave birth to their child with multiple porn stars then paid them to keep quiet in order to influence a Presidential Election?

Sooooo....that somehow makes it acceptable that the current POTUS is a racist lying POS?

Dang, no wonder your country is so screwed up right now.

It means I'm calling out the left's hypocrisy when they would have been just fine with crooked Hillary as president.

#2 But Hillary! winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Again, it's total hypocrisy to rail against Trump when the left would have been just fine with crooked Hillary as president.

When the America voter is left with two perceived dishonest, unethical candidates, the O/P's point is a moot point.
Wrong Pal. We aren't left with that choice. Impeaching Trump does not put Hillary Clinton in the White House it only removes Trump. In 2020, neither one of the candidates has to be a known criminal or even a perceived criminal. Our Constitution gives us the means to fix this ****ing disaster once and for all.

So for you it is a matter of degree. OK, got it.

Also, most polled view Cohen as more trustworthy than Trump. These are staggering numbers.

[h=1]Nearly two-thirds of voters think Trump committed crimes before taking office, poll finds[/h]
[FONT=&quot]One the first polls conducted since President Donald Trump's former attorney implicated him in illegal activity was released Tuesday, and most of the results were not very good for the president.

A poll from Quinnipiac University National found 64 percent of American voters believe Trump committed crimes before assuming office, while 24 percent did not believe that he had (another 13 percent said they weren't sure.) Forty-five percent said they think Trump committed crimes since taking office compared to 43 percent who think he did not.

The numbers among Republicans were better for the president, with a third saying they believe he committed crimes before taking office and 48 percent saying he did not. Only 12 percent of Republicans said Trump had committed crimes since taking office while 79 percent did not

Well **** me runnin’! If that many people think Trump is a criminal then he must be guilty. Lock him up!

Nothing says “justice” quite like a mob lynching.

Fake News. This is USA Today. They have been known fix their own polls, not report the facts, and give more opinions than actual news. Move this to the Conspiracy Theories section then I can talk about it. Thank you!
