********'s about to hit the fan. The case is re-opened and Alex Acasta gave the deal of a lifetime to Jeffrey Epstein and that is found to have violated the law. People like Trump, Clinton, Dershowitz, and many other elites will now be very uncomfortable. Who knows how many others Epstein has in his little black book. Let's go get em!

(CNN)A federal judge in Florida ruled that the Department of Justice broke the law by failing to confer with victims of Jeffrey Epstein, a well-connected Palm Beach billionaire and alleged serial sex abuser of underage girls, about the 2008 plea deal that garnered him only 13 months in prison and no federal trial.

I remember hearing about this a month or two ago. I'm glad this serial child rapist isn't buying his way out of trouble. It looked like he was going to get away with it but, the victims did not surrender. Great day and inspirational to many.

Lol ! The FBI cut him a sweet deal that included no Federal charges for the sexual assault of 40 minor girls.

Who was the FBI director back in 2008 ? Mueller was

The crap you left out? Epstein provided Mueller with critical information. I have no doubts that relates to some certain powerful figures. If you are trying to tarnish Mueller for being in charge of the people making a deal, you are looking at the wrong thing and the wrong people. As per usual.

Sheesh. I'm starting to get the impression that maybe, just maaaaaybe, Acosta shouldn't be working in the gov't.

Epstein was a FBI informant and got off easy because he ratted out executives from Bear Stearns...

The case was also being run from DC...

My opinion - Acosta is guilty as hell. How this happened is a perfect example of monies/politics/connections and most importantly, the powerful men in US politics, both parties, using favors/connections/politicians/favors and how this BS deal was agreed to
Most other 1st world democracies investigations, public and all would be held

This deal made with Epstein sucks of massive political corruption.

That " critical information " was ratting out a couple of executives from Bear Stearns.
Epstein was involved in sex trafficking Minor's and the FBI new everything, including the number of victims ( 40 ) when they intervened

And Epstein working as a FBI informant does NOT give the DOJ the right to violate the law or the rights of the victim's
Just saying. Before you try something ridiculous like pinnings this on Trump, just know your favorite SC got a pedophile sex trafficker off

And who is one of Donnie Moscow's bestest friends?

Epstein.

Epstein who was engaged in trafficking minors, ratted out two Bear sterns executives and because of that the FBI intervened

Who was the FBI director in 2008 ? Mueller.

So you're guessing on this or have some credible sourcing?

I didn't say it did. I posted the freaking topic. I and every patriotic American should question why Acosta got the job in the Trump WH. This should be the first question that comes to mind, because he was the hands on in charge of the Epstein case. NOT Mueller. It sure looks like a reward for getting a friend off. (no pun intended)

Yes, I'm saying what source other than your jpgs.

What you're posting and insinuating makes no sense to me for the following reasons:

1. This new ruling has to do with Acosta not getting the input on the deal from victims, being against the law. What does that have to do with FBI?
2. It was not just Epstein given immunity from prosecution, it was Epstein and all potential co-conspirators (!!). That has nothing to do with Epstein's plea.
3. The first pic IMO needs someone to break down what all that means, it looks vague and doesn't seem to address #1/#2 above.

Any way this cookie crumbles, it looks like an incredibly damning case of child prostitution resulted in a slap on the wrist for Epstein, and a 100% cover up for everyone else involved.
Acosta was a weak federal appointment by Bush, it was a mistake. A mistake furthered by Trump in appointing him to the White House. Don't try to distance Trump from this.

You also tried to imply Trump was some how involved. I guess that remains to be seen. Maybe we'll find out later but right now there's no evidence that Trump was involved.

What we do know that is that it was Muller's FBI that intervened and got him that sweetheart deal in the first place.

I do not know if Mueller even knew anything about the case. Acosta was the attorney in charge. You are trying to blame a different for something that you said I shouldn't blame Trump for.

If you think that Mueller knows what Acosta did than you must admit that Trump knows what Epstein is all about.
If you think that Mueller participated in what Acosta did, than you must also conclude that Trump participated in what Epstein did.

The first JPG was a FBI document that I thought spoke for itself.

The FBI agreed to not Federally prosecute Epstein and to stop Civil forfeititure proceedings as long as Epstein continued to honor his agreement with Florida prosecutors.

Not sure what that agreement was but it appears Epstein was an FBI informant. It says it in that document

He was a Federal witness for a DOJ criminal case against two Bear Sterns Hedge fund managers.

Pedophile multimillionaire Epstein dodged harsh sentence by flipping on Bear Stearns execs: report - MarketWatch

Epstein trafficked minors and the FBI was aware of 40 victim's when they gave him that sweetheart deal. The DOJ aslo broke the law by not informing numerous victims of the deal they gave him.
Did the information Epstein provided justify the DOJs actions or the FBIs interference ? I don't think so

I think telling the victims falls under DOJ which is why the FBI was not found to have broken the law the DOJ was. Yes it's nitpicky but these are the three letter agencies we are talking about. Nitpicky is their motto.

Accosta was a US attorney working for the DOJ. Epstein was a FBI informant and it was the FBI influenced the DOJs decision not to charge Epstein and to halt all civil forfeiture proceedings against Epstein

And sure we don't know for sure if Muller' knew, but given Epstein's connections with powerful people in DC ( and ex-presidents ), I'm betting he was well informed

Right, it was the US attorney that decided to not inform the victims of the deal and who broke the law. But the FBI isn't blameless
The US attorney was following the FBIs recommendations

And I don't car what information Epstein gave them, he should have been prosecuted and not protected

If Mueller knew it was probably not under his jurisdiction to tell the victims. I want to know why Acosta chose to hide it and what the information was. The DOJ is nonetheless re-opening the case and the number one person who should be interrogated while hanging upside down by his balls is Alexander Acosta
