Like every other defendant in the Mueller probe who challenged the court, Stone is about to get his ass handed to him.

Judge may jail Roger Stone after Instagram post

A judge may send Roger Stone to jail after Stone posted a photo of the judge on Instagram Monday afternoon with crosshairs in the background next to her head.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson, who is presiding over Stone's prosecution in D.C. federal court, scheduled a new hearing Thursday to discuss "why the media contact order entered in this case and/or his conditions of release should not be modified or revoked in light of the posts on his Instagram account." The judge's options include revoking his bail.

Yeah, that attorney-written apology was pretty funny. Didn't sound like Stone at all, too-little too late. I can just imagine Stone's attorney's calling him and saying "WHAT THE **** ROGER!".
I still fear a pardon at the end will make this all a joke on the world.. :(

What was it he said...Stone just meant it as "I'm keeping my eye on you"! AHAHAhahh.

Meanwhile, his text absurdly attacked Mueller, the Deep State, and the Judge's ability to be impartial, outright.
At best his instagram post was an attack on the judge's credibility, hours after a gag order for him to stop showboating about his trial in public.
At worst, he was dog whistling on purpose.

But see your honor, I was threatening you to rile up my supporters...I didn't MEAN the threat, it's just that they love it when we threaten people even if we're lying about it? See, they love lies, it was a lie, it wasn't real!!

No, Stone did NOT apologize. His lawyers apologized for him. They know what's about to happen. I bet dollars to donuts that Stone will not be sleeping in his own bed Thursday night.
 
Imagine if the average citizen posted pictures of their judges on Instagram for folks, some of who may be crazy, to see.

How wild is that. What would happen to them? Would the person be treated kindly? I hope this judge throws the book at Stone.

Not a Clinton, not an Obama, has done this - talk negatively about a judge presiding over a case they are personally vested in.

Stone needs to be humbled and reminded he's not a Russian viceroy yet.

Who among the assailants on team Rosenstein/Mueller has never been in close contact with and supported Hillary Clinton? I cannot think of a single one who has not had close contact with Hillary or has supported her in one way or another in ways she was totally aware of. Rosenstein's wife is tangled with all the main actors, the Clintons, Mueller, Comey, and Obama. She worked for some of these Trump-haters and has no ties to Trump. All of Mueller's team are rabid Hillary supporters and Trump haters. None of the Rosenstein clan respects Trump in the slightest, which explains their forceful and unlawful efforts to take him down by hook or crook.
