Flynn-backed plan to transfer nuclear tech to Saudis may have broken laws, say whistleblowers

"treason".... "Treason", "TREASON" !!!!!! ..... spell it out, call it out and speak up about the Confederate Ideological War Upon and Against America from within the Trump and Republican Organizations and its Constituency....
There is "no act they won't comment", there is no governance system of policy they respect, and there is no honor unto the United States of America, the point and fact is ... the Confederacy NEVER ceased its acts of treason and subversive acts to invoke treasonous activities.

People can grasp this when they grasp the elements and mentality of the Confederacy which rose up to wage war against the United States. It had no respect for the United States system of governance and detested every aspect of our system of Regulatory Governance.

We've seen this Trump and Republican System engage every act to "circumvent" and usurp the governance system, the governance policies and the tradions of those policies in uphold the Governing Principles of the United States of America, Government.

They have engaged subversion in every aspect... from the attacks on our Allies, the attacks on our Intelligence Community, Attacks on our Seperation of Powers, and an ongoing attack upon our Judicial System. They showed malice driven denigration of regard for our Election Processes and spread the same type and manner of ethnic and racial divisiveness that was within the Core of Confederate Ideology.

It does not take a Professor of history to see and know these things, it simply takes the simplicity of understanding what made up what is the Confederacy, and since the cessation of battles with bullets and cannon balls, they have waged "War" right before our eyes, in out system of Congress, and now from the Office of the Presidency.

Colluding with Foreign Adversaries means nothing to them, because they don'[t respect the United States Governance Systems, any more than the Confederacy did 150+ yrs ago. They have played every kind of party flip and switch, over the century and the decades to follow... and in every place that we have Republican Leadership... havoc is promoted and policy and principles are usurped and acts and aims to violate it is overt.

We simply need to know what we are viewing, in order to see what it taking place.

America Democracy is being attacked and aims and attempts to demoralize it, to weaken it on the global stage and to make our allies not trust and believe in United States of America's Democracy.

This is the last stand of the White Nationalist of Confederate Agenda of White Male Dominance in its aims to recreate the Antebellum system of white male dominance and its system of white nationalism... This is the "exact" same "White Nationalist Confederate Agenda" that detest "multiculturalism", and has no regard for Civil nor Civic Equality of persons as Individual, when it comes to Multicultural Society.

'investigate what was and is "the Confederacy", it's ideals what its agenda was and is... and what of damage its honoree continue to do of damage to American Society.

Now, ask yourself why would anyone who respects America's Democracy, want to try and circumvent our policies, rules, regulations and laws... to transfer anything as dangerous as nuclear tech, which can and does pose a danger to not only America, but The World, over to a Middle Eastern Foreign Nation... ???

Then by all means, cite whatever information that you believe proves you correct. Because plenty of what you posted, if you consider it to be than your opinion. Are nothing more than lies without that proof.

I see. Yes, I think it is terrible to try to give nuclear technology to a sovereign power without congressional oversight and approval. As a people, we must insist on rule of law.

If there was money to be made, I think it likely that Trump had his hand in it.

Anyone that would create a fake University to steal the last dollars from desperate people and leave them deep in credit card debt would obviously see this as a golden opportunity to fill his own pockets.

That is a hasty generalization. Evidence to support that Trump had a hand in this has not been found.

1) WE are inserting "Assumptions" that the Nuclear Tech Provide will be used to create a WEAPON.
2) IN your OWN source is specifically state as Highlighted apdst. That Nuclear Power Plant techs were going there to help BUILD Nuclear Power across the middle east. ZERO weapons insinuation ONLY Assumptions and characterizations.

NOW we can Potentially ASUME. That They COULD take the tech and "TRY" to build a Nuclear weapon. BUT NO where does the Article EVEN begin to say this. That is taken completely out of CONTEXT.

Secondly. BY Context and Detail. I am assuming that The State secrets are control in regards to Nuclear WEAPONS. Much like how NK Struggles to create the ACTUAL weaponized version of Nuclear Plutonium. The Amount used and expended through as an ENERGY source is likely different or may have "Controls" in place.

Note on page 19 that it says, “...Saudi Arabia is refusing to agree to prohibitions on enriching uranium and processing plutonium similar to those agreed to by other countries in the region.”

The Saudi’s want the kind of nuclear reactors that produce plutonium and enriched uranium as a by product.

What you need to understand about nuclear weapons is this: Plutonium or uranium of sufficient grade is the most difficult component to acquire in order to build a nuclear weapon. It is enormously difficult to produce, in fact. It is they key to building a weapon, the rest of it is high explosives and timing, plus an appropriate initiator. All this information is readily available.

So, if the Saudi’s don’t want to build a nuclear weapon, then why do they insist that they acquire the necessary ability to produce the most difficult and essential part?

Please, please—if you do anything—read the conclusion of the report on page 24. It’ll take you one minute. And note the summary emphasizes:

“[W]e remain concerned that the Saudi Government has refused, for many years, to consider any agreement that includes so-called “Gold Standard” requirements against pursuing technologies to enrich uranium and reprocess plutonium-laden spent nuclear fuel.”

My humble opinion—this whole thing stinks of corruption. Businesses quietly pressuring the White House, generals profiting from a deal they’re trying to push through and keep secret, ethics pushbacks ignored by senior White House staff, Congress bypassed (illegally BTW), Kushner’s 666 building loan, the Saudi’s staying at Trump’s hotels to please him; and not to mention the possible proliferation of nuclear weapons capabilities in the Middle East. Israel has had nukes for a long time—and the Arab nations desperately want them. This is the very technology that the Iran deal blocks! Making the Middle East safer? I think not—and profiteering to boot! P.U.

Hey Maui. I had to do a little Mr. Google to further my knowledge. Yes Energy based Plutonium is of 65% yield shy of the 93% yield used in weapons grade plutonium but still should be highly guard and can supposedly still be used.

With that being said, the oversight has the checks and balances. Let me say pre Kashoggi and lets face it the Kingdom some reason chose their OWN citizen to kill not an American Citizen. Anyways the Broker Deal in which Flynn had a private lobbying group to begin with was it a nefarious brokered deal OR was it legitimately an attempt to provide Nuclear Power en regards to energy? The indication of Nefarious is being opinionated and injected. Back to the point of "spinning" in Treason. If a nefarious point is in any way there they could be tried for selling state secrets NO?

3 Generals. Again doing business abroad brokering deals of Nuclear Energy IS NO WAY could NOT be on the Radar of the FBI, CIA and multiple intelligence agencies. This would be almost as stupid and Jussie hoaxing his own attack. Something in PLAIN Sight.

SO again...... YES Saudi Arabia wants NUKE. YES they would love the technology. BUT was the DEAL in itself a legitimate LOBBYING effort to provide a legitimate Nuclear Energy plant. BUT the "FEAR" which is real, is being overblown and intentional YET again trying to accuse someone of something that is NOT there.

IN plain daylight would 3 general sell Nuclear secrets to Saudi Arabia..... just a touch to "cliche" no?
