"There are other funds of money that are available to [Trump] through something called reprogramming, there is money he can get at and is legally allowed to spend," Mulvaney said, noting that some funds were available even without declaring an emergency. "And I think it needs to be said again and again this is going to be legal --- there are statutes on the book as to how any president can do this."

And yes, It is possible the sporadic fencing or barrier will get built. Just not "The Wall" he campaigned on. Congress won't allow it.

That's not correct. I've seen pictures of those metal slats and they are big, bold and beautiful.

Those aren't walls. And they aren't as long or tall as he stated.

That’s not a “big, big portion” of the grand project he promised in his campaign and countless times since — a wall that, combined with existing fencing and natural barriers, would seal the nearly 2,000-mile (3,200-kilomete) border with Mexico.

The Wall will be built and we don't care if it's concrete or metal slats. You're side seems to be the one hung up on that.

Perhaps you need to read your own post that details the start of construction of new Wall.


Much more will be built. Liberals will pull out their hair and sob uncontrollably.


If someone were smart, they'd pay-per-view the sobbing as the Wall is being built. They'd likely get rich.
