I have had to provided proof of children's vaccinations on many occasions.
Well sure parents usually especially today have that stuff. But if you are a 60 or 70 year old who wants to get on a plane what do you do? My spouse had measles and mumps as a kid and has nothing other than his memories that he had it. He never needed the vaccination. Cant imagine how one could enforce such a thing. Its hard enough for many people to provide birth certificates let alone vaccination records from 30, 40, 50 years ago or proof they had the disease. I have a photo of myself having chicken pox in second grade. Thats my proof?
