Trump could agree to put aside the wall and request the $5 billion to fund the apprehension AND immediate deportation of all persons living illegally in the U.S. as a result of both legal (visa overstay) and illegal entry.
First clean house, and then see if we need a border wall to keep it clean in the future.

It was a wise decision to engage in ad hominem attacks on Anderson Cooper instead of address the argument, which you cannot, at least not by relying on evidence.

The idea that $billion businesses like the major drug cartels are going to plan supply routes into the U.S. reliant on individuals carrying heroin or other drugs on their backs across non-walled border sections is laughable. We could build the Great Wall from sea to shining sea and it wouldn't dent drug supplies inside the U.S. and there's no one serious with even a passing grasp of drug trafficking who would make the claim.

Beefing up the official ports of entry might help, better technology, better intelligence, to detect drug shipments might help, but that's not related to THE WALL.

Tariffs are paid for by American consumers. Why did you mention them as part of your "Mexico CAN TOO PAY FOR THE WALL!" argument?
