Shocking video shows man punching 11-year-old girl in the face during fight outside mall

Sure there was follow-through with the punch but even with the video playing at normal speed the punch slower then ****. It looks like a small girl getting knocked down by a love tap to me.

1.) agreed me neither
2.) agreed the video already shows more than that but that leaves ASSUMING and logically based on reality theres no facts that supports your description. Others could assume in the opposite direction that maybe this guy threaten these kids before the video too..... thats JUST as reliable as in 0%
3.) so a factual lie and a meaningless claim based on no evidence yet by the guy charged with felony assault...

so to answer my questions there is nothing factual or logically sound that supports your description yet . . if that changes please let me know
like i said id agree with your description/response if that applied here but thats description doesn't fit here in the slightest

A man who allows himself and his family to be surrounded and assaulted by an 11 year old girl and looks like at least 10 of her friends should have had a vasectomy rather than a family.

That's nothing. I would have picked her up by the ankles and swung her in circles, leveling a massive radius of screaming children, then tossed her onto the fleeing mass, devastating another dozen of the little ones.

1.) with the info i have seen i would have yet . . . but i most certainly would if i felt i had logical reason to feel in danger
2.) then you would have more charges against you then this guy and rightfully so
3.) i agree but i didnt see an actual fight yet
4.) which would be FACTUALLY illegal because you used the word pursue and are condoning assuring people that didnt even touch him
5.) that description and the current info we have is not justification for felony assault

so basically you pointed out that you would more clealry and blatantly break more laws and assault more children than this guy did lol

My family was there I wouldn't hesitate, so yea I am a :ninja:. I guess outer space potato dude likes living in ****holes where youngsters run about being hoodlums ****ing **** up. You wont find my children doing that ****, because they know their mother or I or more likely both of us would be using their heads for a pencil holder and their hides for a pair of boots. We dont tolerate hellions period, ours or yours.

The only thing I saw in the video was a woman and a small child that could've been his wife and kid. Even then, he could've easily mustered the means to get them out of there without doing that. Now, if they had attacked his kid then that might be something that would tip the scales some but still could've been solved with a softer force than a full-on haymaker.

They are bystanders and obviously not afraid. The woman has her arms folded in front of her and she is not even holding onto the child.

OK, and what was being done to them? I have no idea what prompted that young girl to "attack" the man but saw no cause for the man to use that much force to "defend himself".

I dunno...I only pointed out what I saw. Seems to me, even if it was his family, he still could've solved it with significantly less force than a haymaker.

If its breaking the law so be it. Dont care. The example would be set and those hellions would be hesitant to pull something so foolish again. Which is the point. Why was the law not there to break them up? Where was security for the mall? The point being the "children" should not have been there accosting people in the first place.

agreed but again thats not what we have currently....
hell it could even tip the scales for me if i had my baby in a stroller behind me and the approaching little girl said somethign like "im going to kill and curb stomp that baby right now" then by all means defend your baby but like you said we just dont have any of that tipping the scales

1.) theres no "ifs" what you described would be factually breaking the law
2.) the only examples that would be set is that the completely unhinged loons that would behave like you described would go to straight to jail for thier violent insane uncivil sociopath behavior and they would be the only hellion in the story lmao

Not a bad idea actually. Then chuck em like a throwing hammer, discus. They like it when they are 2 to about 8 or so, then not so much (the swinging/spinning in the circle thing and a pool). I dont understand how those children are there instigating trouble there at the mall in the first place, if my children where involved it would be a race between my SO and I as whom will have the hides of our wayward waifs, turned into boots.
 
Looks to me like they were threatening his family.
 
He clearly assaulted her when she pointed a finger at him, before she returned and got knocked down for trying to fight him back.
