I think that is partially true, exoplanet. Certainly, Donald Trump is one of the most openly mendacious and flippant presidents we have had. But I think you are missing the bigger picture with regard to the whole liberal bias issue.

It is not the fact that so many media organizations have a strong left-leaning bias that rankles so many conservatives such as myself. And I would argue that it is for the same reason that so many honest people on the left constantly got steamed when Fox News claimed itself "Fair and Balanced" when it leaned conservative in its coverage and editorial bias. That is, it is the fact that so many news organizations have a strong left-leaning bias but present themselves as neutral, objective and completely lacking any self-interest in the way they cover and present the news. No one likes to feel that they are being actively or passively lied to when they are being presented their information.

So now even an Ex NYT editor admits the NYT is biased anti Trump. So now you can't trust the Times to be " Real" News. How far has the Times fallen its sad to see this happen to a formerly respected News source. And Jill Abramson doesn't even like Trump.

Of course, the Times is a biased joke that means to lead this country in a leftist direction, and away from our Constitution. The thought that there is just so much negative news about Trump and there isn't about Democrats only shows you how deep and entrenched that bias is throughout the left.

Then between the time the decision is made and when publication actually happens, Trump has likely already done some other nastiness which obviously is going to be reported on. And if Obama had done anything remotely similar, these people bleating about how unfair the media is to Trump would be tuned in to Fox and Rush and Hannity listening to hours worth of rehash about what an outrageous thing Obama did.

So, they should avoid reporting on Trump's non-stop bull**** so as to not give the appearance as being "biased?" That's what you guys call "real?" (No wonder you guys prefer FOX.)

Trump creates his own bad news. Some media reports on it. Some do not.

Myself, I have always had a respect for the child who shouted, "Look! The Emperior has no clothes!" That's real. It's only considered fake to those who prefer to pretend that only they are cool enough to actually see the flowing robes on the naked Emperior.

But that's just me.

Certainly not one where the POTUS blatantly lies on a daily basis, is completely uniformed and has no interest in learning in regard to major interests of the country. Certainly not one where the POTUS stands united with an enemy leader on a stage in Helsinki, against the entire American intelligence community. Certainly not one where the POTUS has major conflicts of interest, and refuses to divest themselves of those conflicts of interest. Certainly not one where racial attacks are a normal method used by the POTUS to excite his base. Certainly not one where the POTUS had no plans for virtually any of his campaign promises. Certainly not one where the POTUS blatantly uses lugenpresse, a Nazi propaganda technique.

I could go on, but I think this is enough to highlight how this is a most unusual administration in my opinion.
