Bob Einstein: Curb Your Enthusiasm actor and comedy writer dies

Veteran comedy writer and actor Bob Einstein has died aged 76, his brother confirmed on Twitter.

Albert Brooks, who is also a comedian, paid tribute to "a great brother, father and husband" and "brilliantly funny man".

"You will be missed forever," he said.
===================================
He played the part of Marty Funkhouser on Curb Your Enthusiasm from 2004 to 2017.

He will always be Super Dave Osborne in my childhood memories of him.

Amazingly funny guy, always Bob Einstein to me, as I never got into the super dave stuff. He was hilarious on Gilbert Gottfried's podcast and on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, and in his brother's film "Modern Romance" as the fitness shoe salesman, and of course....Marty Funkhouser and Officer Judy on Smothers Brothers show.

Highly talented guy, and just funny as hell, gonna miss him. And their father was the very funny comedian Harry Einstein, aka Parkyourkarkus, who died on stage at a celebrity roast of Lucy and Desi after giving a hilarious performance.

So Bob Einstein, Daryl Dragon of the Captain & Tennille, and "Mean" Gene Okerlund, of the WWF all die today.

All were 76 years old.

That is kind of interesting. Can't think of three more different personalities.

What's really bizarre is that for some reason yesterday, I decided to look up Super Dave on Wikipedia, the exact day that Einstein died. Kind of weird.
