Michael Cohen pleads guilty to lying to Congress about Trump real estate project in Russia

They insured Trump did not commit perjury - that's all.

I wonder what would have been the reaction if Clinton had only submitted written answers. I've NEVER liked the woman, but turns out she has a hundred times the grits than does the Stupid Prick.
Though I wouldn't be so assured of that ...

What!!!!????
$12.50 to go through that tunnel?
Geez, I complain about $6 bridge tolls.....and at least the bridges have a view.

Yup they raised it for peak hours. $10.50 for non-peak. Yikes1 Glad I don't have to drive there.

Yeah this is a great show...no TV sitcom EVER amused this much

Yeah.....unfortunately, the bumbling star of this sitcom has his finger on the button.
Not so amusing.

But he told the voters / American people in July 2016 that he had no business interests in Russia. That was a lie.

Feel free to read the pleadings, knowing that every thing contained within is well researched and well documented (the US Attorney's ahve a 90%+ conviction rate)

You are in an abusive relationship with your POTUS. He lies and you twist yourself to defend his lies. He doesn't care about you. Why do you care about him?

He had business dealings in the past... He had NO business dealings at the time he said the above.
Is this really that hard for you to understand that he did not lie?

Or his advisers have told him the one person he needs to stay away from when he's accused of colluding with Russia is Putin.

or he's just planning to lock himself in his room, binge-watch Fox and rage tweet about the Mueller investigation. In that case he really doesn't have time to meet Putin, or likely any other G-8 leaders.
Apparently it got pretty ugly with Nixon at the end, with him paranoid and knocking back handfuls of Seconal. My suspicion is if Trump see his end coming, it will be worse - even without the drugs.

That's the worst part. Other dictators were alcoholics or on painkillers. Trump is high on himself.

"I like Ike!"

Actually, I really do ...

He certainly seems to be the right man for the right times... something of a good fit for the Fifties.

All you have are labels and unproven scenarios, aka lies; "Trumpkins" and the "Trump crime family"
Too bad you don't get paid for writing such :bs

Others here have accused me of getting paid. I rather like Trumpkins as a perfect descriptor of Trump fans but then I love THE WIZARD OF OZ also and its such a perfect comparison with so many similarities. And Trump crime family is a perfect descriptor - just wait until the final indictments come down and you will see.

Did anyone see the image that Trump tweeted. It is funny and is part of the Trump counter offensive.

When have I ever said I think Trump is obstructing the Mueller investigation? Heck, I've said many times that Trump is doing just about all he can to support the Mueller investigation.

btw, badmouthing Mueller and his investigation isn't obstructing his investigation.

So attempting to discredit Mueller and his findings is not obstruction? Of course it is.

You find the attempted destruction of the rule of law amusing? Interesting. You should move to a Banana Republic then it will be a laugh riot for you.

I didn't accuse you of getting paid for writing Trump fiction.
I said too bad you don't.

Ah yes, but freedom of speech is not the issue here.

The issue, if it's present, is did Trump's campaign accept something of value from a foreign power to influence the election? And even more seriously, did they conspire (more colloquially "collude") with a foreign power to influence the election.
The answer to that right now is no.

These threads use to be infested with pro- Trump trolls spamming the threads. They'd post every possible link and meme they could. They wouldn't stop bitching about emails and other nonsense. They'd bring up JFKs rotting corpse if they could.

Now, we just have a few stray cats bitching about how big a meany Mueller is after several people have been arrested, charged, prosecuted, convicted and sentenced.

Lol, well, **** them. Lock all of Trump's BFFs up. Do it as he sits by idle and powerless to do anything.

:)

Trump "retweeted" a joking type meme from someone who calls themselves The Trump Train.
Please learn how Twitter works...

And none of that exists outside conjecture.

If Cohen has just admitted he's a liar, you can then throw all his other testimony out the window, because he has just become an unreliable witness

The Trump family, Jared, Ivanka and others like many did not think Trump would win. They were wheeling and dealing to make money of the Presidential Campaign, deals with other countries. And after he won they have expanded their deals, a number no doubt murky. And seeing the Ivanka was dumb enough to use a private email, who knows who she and Jared have had dealing with. That bungled property deal by Jared would have sunk the business or caused deep financial damage.
Mueller has Trumps tax records and they will lead to who outside of the US was investing with or buying off Trump
One thing I am sure of, Mueller does know
