Activists call for nationwide protests to protect Mueller investigation

Bigotry as defined by Webster's is simply a person's blind and intolerant adherence to a particular creed or opinion. That's not the same as illegal or unlawful acts, which
the Mueller investigation is looking into. Many folks on this forum hold their political and social views blindly and with intolerance for others. But one hopes they are not also
criminals, such as the growing list who have been indicted by Mueller's team.

Nonetheless, it's truly amazing how circumstances changed the viewpoint of Sessions as AG among progressives. One day he's a bum who isn't qualified to hold the post, but when Trump is the target they'll hold their noses and protest his firing. Like I said, so much for principle, because in the current example what we're talking about is Sessions' job.

There's currently what appears to be a massive media blackout on this. There are over 900 protests beginning at 5pm local time today. This is part of the "MUELLER PROTECTION RAPID RESPONSE" by MoveOn that has been organized for over a year and was triggered by the firing of Jeff Sessions. Protesters are planning on digging in and not leaving. This could get interesting if it picks up like Occupy Wall Street did.

Maybe I'm not understanding the situation.

This seems preemptive, as there is no threat to Mueller that I'm aware of, yet.

Well, apart from the potential threat from the person Trump says is acting AG.

End of the day, if you think the Mueller investigation should NOT be allowed to run its course you're just a fascist idiot.

Or, as some of them would put it "a fashist idiot".

Let me try to explain with an analogy... I think Bush had been terrible but now that GOP replaced him with Trump, I'd rather have Bush any day... Got it now?

I don't think that it's unfair to Mr. Bush (GW) to say that he was essentially a good person who got in over his depth.

I'd like to be able to say the same about Mr. Trump - but I can't because my mother would rise from the grave and wash my mouth out with soap (figuratively speaking).
