Makes an openly disingenuous assertion about the President AND the poster defending, calling them both LIARS... but cannot back ANY of it up with anything along the lines of fact, evidence or proof when called out on it.

Only the shootings at the Pulse night club pre-date Pres. Trump, but it can be traced back to the same hateful, xenophobic, homosexual, nationalistic views that have commonly been spewed from the Right. So, yeah, I put much of the blame on prominent politicians on the right because they're the ones who for years have stirred up the angst of their electorate. That goes from the top down especially since 2015.

What logically follows? Should we then ban whatever we find "hateful, xenophobic, homosexual, nationalistic views that have commonly been spewed from the Right"? What about conservatives who "spew" about climate change alarmism, illegal immigrants, welfare dependence, trade unions, Islamic fundamentalism... shouldn't these be banned too? I wonder if Mr. 'Objective' here would also countenance banning those who demand "to abolish ICE" and impeach Kavanaugh, or boycott Israel?

Dont know how that changes my response. That Pulse shooter's wife supposedly knew about it. And said nothing. How do you prevent that?

But anyway, it means developing criteria for patterns and then identifying those things and maintaining a database somehow so when certain things are flagged, action can be taken. There are definitely some Constitutional bumps in there.

Yes, there are some constitutional 'bumps', I think significant problems because all of the criteria and patterns would be extremely subjective, right on these threads I've found posters who will describe their firearms, identify their radical sources, advocate extremist perspectives and be labeled as terrorists, each of these features could be sensibly included in a database and mathematically rated or ranked to associate with some numerical value that could trigger a SWAT team deployment.
