Scores of commenters expressed outrage over how the matter was handled and demanded to know why Ryanair’s flight crew didn’t remove the male passenger before the plane took off.

Ryanair said in an emailed statement that they had reported the incident to Essex Police. "As this is now a police matter, we cannot comment further,” it said.
Why was this man not removed from the plane, barred from flying further on Ryan Air
Air Plane Staff were utterly useless

The video, uploaded to social media by a Briton named David Lawrence, showed a man hurling racist insults at an elderly black woman sitting in the same row and demanding she move seats on a flight from Barcelona, Spain, to London on Friday.

Maybe it's the accent, or maybe it's a lack of understanding of foreign slang on my part, but I didn't hear anything that was racist.... definitely insulting though.

.

Going by what was reported by passengers.

OK... I watched what i believe is the unedited, full version on YouTube abd didn't hear anything I thought to be racist. The word they bleeped in news version was the "F" word.

It was difficult to make out, but I think he might've said "ugly black bastard"? Whatever, I still think that they should've moved him rather than her.

I fly Rayn air when I must, and pay the 10 euro early boarding fee.
it is slightly better than a train or bus in a 3rd world country,
(although still better that Spirit Airlines int he US).
I am guessing that the man was trying to game their boarding system, by paying for only one
early boarding pass, and saving seats for other family members, the lady sat in a seat he
was attempting to save for others, and that made his cheap move worth even less.

The guy was utterly racist... and Ryan Air should be ashamed.

And it was not the only incident of this kind in the UK in the last few days...
