gender =/= sex (and thats not science light)
government currently is not catering they are going by medical science
medical science does NOT support what the OP suggest they are pushing for

You're the one who wants the government to make laws defining a person's gender. My question is, does it appear on your Drivers license? If so, why should the government cater to you?
