Man arrested for threatening Kavanaugh-supporting senators

You don't think Maxine Waters calling for people to confront republicans and members of the administration and tell them to get in their faces and that they aren't welcome in public places, doesn't embolden people like this?

You don't think Eric holder telling people "When they go low, kick them", doesn't embolden people like this?

You don't think Hillary Clinton in a CNN interview saying "You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for" doesn't embolden people like this?

.
People that advocate for actions that AREN'T ILLEGAL, don't contribute to the motivations of people that are BREAKING THE LAW. It's a pretty clear distinction. One set of actions send you to jail because our society has deemed it unacceptable, the other set doesn't.

It's so cut and dried that there are specific laws already written to explain these things. This isn't a grey area. Now there are a class of crazies that have trouble distinguishing between legal and illegal actions, but I'm not going to view the world through the lens of crazy people. How about you?

OTOH, when you literally cheer on assaulting someone (as Trump has done), you are encouraging people to do something illegal.
