Asking for consent after grabbing ***** is still assault. And no, they didn't all "let him." Refer to the list of assault accusations.

You can refer me back to the list and video all you want, but both have already been proven to not hold any basis on judging him.

I didn't die on any hill. I posted a video of the idiot king admitting to ***** grabbing and a list of allegations which included ***** grabbing.

Odds are odds..... you have to go with the weight of the probability, but realize that is all it is, a probability. I won't play Russian Roulette because I don't like the odds, but 83-17 says you will be ok. But, the odds that Kavanaugh is innocent, based upon the levels of false accusations of assault are even worse than Russian Roulette, the chance of his innocence: 7%....

What evidence? If she couldn't remember a few months ago when it was so important for her to do so, is there anything we haven't already heard about? Most people would find it difficult at this point to hear something new that hadn't been brought up before now, IMO. :thumbdown

So you view the video, of President Trump talking about some stupid whores being happy to let rich men grab 'em, as an admission of assault. Wow. I guess I don't watch enough Rick and Morty to understand how you "logically" came to that conclusion.

yes, i do look at the video as the admission of sexual assault that it is. it is only bolstered by the fact that he has been accused of doing exactly what he says he does by women who obviously didn't just "let him." i have linked both in the thread.

Trump was talking to friends of his about what it was like to be a reality show producer, he told his friends "they let you grab them..." he wasn't saying he did this, just that he could since he was in the entertainment industry and women would offer to get on his show. The critical left has gone on about this ***** grabbing stuff on a completely erroneous track, listen to the audio.

The chance of Kavanaugh's innocence, based solely on the testimony of Dr. Ford, in light of research done on false claims of assault is 7%. That is without regard to any other evidence.

(Actually research has found "false claims" to be in the 2-10% range.)

Now you are asking me to improve the level of certainty, closer to 0% chance of innocence. That was never my point, but since you concede the original argument and now wish to engage in a new argument, I think you can take that fact the Dr. Ford's testimony is completely consistent with what we know about Kavanaugh's proclivity for drunkenness at that time in his life, I think you can move that number from 7% to probably 5 to 3%.

Had the FBI actually investigated the allegations, including finding the house (which would have been really easy)... you likely could have gotten closer to 0%. However, as with most things in life, the Republicans did not want to know the truth because it was awfully inconvenient, so they did what they are so good at: they white washed it.

Ummm - You do know that "***** grabby" DOES fall under the rubric "sexual assault", don't you?

Or do you think that the only thing that qualifies as "sexual assault" is "penile/vaginal intercourse by force"?

If it where just that , it would be rape.
The distinction here is that there is no indication of sexual assault in the recording. Despite it being a recording, of someone speaking hypothetically, of an instance that we have no indication that actually happened. Still taking into account that the actual encounter stated in the recording was actually consensual, with no real indication that it was anything otherwise.
