yes it is and how is that helping those in poverty, those homeless, closing the income gap, improving the quality of life and lowering the cost of living? Suggest you check out the pictures I sent you and compare those to third world countries.
People in third world countries want to llive in CA more than any other state.
If CA was no better than their own country, they would not be coming here. So much for your ill thought out logic.
