Julie Swetnick, who has made uncorroborated and lurid sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, is facing credibility questions as she appears to partially walk back some of her more salacious claims about the embattled nominee and details about her past emerge.

Now she didn't really see them do anything she is saying now but just standing there.

Looks like her boyfriend was right she embellishes stuff now it is time to investigate her for lying to the committee

“Well I saw—I saw him giving red solo cups to quite a few girls during that time frame, and there was grain punch at those parties," she said. "I saw him around the punch—I won’t say bowls, the punch containers. I don’t know what he did, but I saw him by them.”

time to end this nonsense.

her lawyer needs to go before the bar for unethical practices and she should be put on charges of lying to the committee.
her completely story is bunk now.

Absolutely. These charges should be investigated by the FBI as should Avanati. Funny how she remembers only two names after attending 10 of these rape parties--Kavanaugh and Judge. The only two names any of us really know. And what were they accused of doing? Passing out solo cups and standing around the punch bowl.

This meme must be doing the Faceache rounds, it's popping up all over. Her story is a complex one, easily misrepresented by unsympathetic partisan media.

She contradicted herself in her own sworn affidavit. The NBC interviewer was trying to lead her back around because her story was so inconsistent that they were surprised by her statements.

I'm honestly amazed they went ahead and aired the interview despite how terrible it made both Swetnick and NBC look to the people watching.

Having viewed the NBC interview, I see no real connection between anything that may have happened to her and any charge against Kavanaugh.

There are dots there but I see no real connection between them.

ACtually no. Her ex boyfriend even said that she was always making **** up and had huge embellishment problems when they were dating.
So the fact that she is now changing her testimony isn't really out there.

however the fact is she shouldn't have submitted her accusations to the senate.

she is now in direct contrast to her complaint.
time to investigate her and her lawyer for perjury.

Can't wait until creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti runs for president against Donald Trump 2020.
Maybe Swetnick can be his campaign mgr.

Youve got to be kidding me. No one with half a brain believes a word of that bull****.

Honestly, her's is the least credible out of the three. Because it just doesn't make much sense. You saw people getting raped routinely, yet you went back to those parties 9 or so times? That sounds way too preposterous for me to buy. If I saw somebody getting assaulted at a party by a train of frat guys, last thing I'd ever do is go back there multiple times.

Betcha Avenatti is wishing it was a 4chan prank after all. He would have looked better.

not really because he would still be in major trouble.

" Complex " ? Lol ! She not only lied she signed a sworn statement
I wonder if Avenatti's still considering a 2020 Presidential run ?

I didn't watch her whole interview but I saw a clip where she explained it as she went to parties where you would see guys hanging around outside of bedrooms and going in and going out kind of like a line at a bathroom or something. She never put 2 and 2 together until it happened to her and she realized that they were waiting their turn with a drunken or drugged female.

It still doesn't quite pass the smell test in my opinion, but it is better and more believable than "I saw them raping people all the time but still hung out with them" which is what her story is being twisted into.

It's embarrassing that you even have to point this out.

Nope I wouldn't either if anything i would have gone straight to the cops. I would have found a phone and immediately called 911 and
got a cop to the place right then and there.

instead of doing that she went back 9 times. are you serious?

she is full of it and the more we find out about her the more likely she is making stuff up.
her ex said that she was notorious for embellishing things.

Well, okay, if that's what she's saying then I guess that makes more sense.

her story isn't being twisted into anything. that is what she testified. too.

she knew that people were getting gang raped. yet she didn't call the police.
she didn't get someone else nearby to call the police.

what did she do? she kept going back until she says that she was targeted herself.
which is in doubt as her ex said that she never mentioned anything about it.

yet she has a history of making stuff up.

Well, if a half brain can come to that conclusion, it msut be true.

and easily absorbed by sympathetic partisan media....

Swetnick has character problems galore; in 2000 she was fired for sexually harassing two male co-workers she'd tried to bed. When they turned her down and complained about her behavior, she made claims that they were sexually harassing her.

Swetnick is the kind of person that the #metoo movement needs to distance itself from.

I hope he loses his law license and or faces civil penalites like defamation an or Go to Jail Avenatti is as scumbag as it gets.

Swetnick...... OMG..... she fits perfect with Avenatti.........

I didn't watch it all the way through and I haven't studied it but I saw a lip where she said something very close to what I said if memory serves. I've been alittle too busy to follow everything as closely as I'd like. But that was something I saw that I thought made a bit more sense.

Thanks. I'll have to look into it a bit more myself.
