Looks like they are carpet bombing with accusations. Since there is no one with any corroboration or credibility, they are hoping that quantity will out weigh quality, which is the exact opposite of what it should be.

Kavanaugh had no history of inappropriate behavior until he got nominated for SCOTUS. Furthermore, any “history” of inappropriate behavior has been refuted by him and his associates while his accusers have all failed to obtain corroboraron for their claims. This whole process is absurd and indicative of what we would see if Democrats gain any more power in the federal government.

The thing that really stinks about this is that the committee had the option to ask all of these questions and get an FBI investigation during the closed-door meeting with Kavanaugh. Instead, they decided to try him in the court of public opinion.

People really need to pay attention to what's happening here. These unfounded and unsubstantiated accusations are being treated as if they are fact in both government and media. You've got protesters harassing public officials as they're conducting personal business and the behavior is being heralded as "Democracy". Harvard students are filing Title IX complaints against Kavanaugh. It's all planned and plotted harassment couched in the moniker of "social justice". It's what we have to look forward to if Democrats get any closer to taking over the legislature or the judiciary.
 
Is it too late to go on record, anonymously, that Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted me when I was in highschool and he was in elementary school? Dude was a terror!!

Trump stated the obvious, he had a drinking problem. Anyone with a drinking problem has done stupid things, and it sounds like Kavanaugh was no different.

Nah, just the ones with drinking problems, who sound like they made a lot of enemies when they were younger. What amazes me is that anyone wants this person on their SC. This is the best and brightest America can produce? No better candidates who didn't have a drinking problem, make questionable comments about women?

Who would support someone this obviously flawed for their SC, just because of political alignment? That right there tells you America is in serious trouble.

Calling binge drinking as a kid a "drinking problem" overstates the issue. Many of us have overindulged on occasion. It doesn't rise to the point of being a "problem" unless the drinking has regular and sustained adverse effects on the rest of our lives. That definitely doesn't seem to be the case with Kavanaugh who excelled in academics, family and career.

I was just going with what Trump said, and what we've heard in testimony. Trump knows Kavanaugh better than any of us, and he is always as supportive as he can be of anyone he likes. So by Trump's usual standards, for Trump to admit Kavanaugh had a drinking problem, Kavanaugh must have been a real piss tank.

Since Trump doesn't drink I'm really not sure where his standards are.
