Yale Classmate Accuses Kavanaugh of ‘Blatant Mischaracterization’ of His Drinking

WASHINGTON — A Yale classmate of Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh’s accused him on Sunday of a “blatant mischaracterization” of his drinking while in college, saying that he often saw Judge Kavanaugh “staggering from alcohol consumption.”

The classmate, Chad Ludington, who said he frequently socialized with Judge Kavanaugh as a student, said in a statement that the judge had been untruthful in testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee when he had denied any possibility that he had ever blacked out from drinking.

Mr. Ludington said that Judge Kavanaugh had played down “the degree and frequency” of his drinking, and that the judge had often become “belligerent and aggressive” while intoxicated. Other former classmates have made similar claims.

The same ABA that then got troubled by the accusations and wrote to the Judiciary Committee recommending an FBI investigation? That ABA? Gotcha.

You know what, maybe he'll get confirmed... but it is not excluded that if more investigations occur later and disclose irrefutable evidence (the police in the Maryland county where it allegedly happened is considering launching their own investigation, and if the Dems get the House they may start other investigations too and even impeach the judge), the ABA will end up... recommending that Kavanaugh be disbarred. LOL

Nobody is entirely objective. That won't happen in law until AI runs our legal system.

The funny thing is that even the journal of the Jesuits who had previously endorsed him, withdrew the endorsement. The very order that owned the Georgetown Prep high school. That's a bit telling...

For one, *I* never said that, and always considered the idea that Trump won't finish his term, wishful thinking.

But see, *currently* the GOP controls both chambers of Congress, so the Dems can only bark, and can't bite. But do you actually doubt that if the Dems recover one or both chambers, they won't use it to make a fuss? That would be very naive to ignore. Of course, they'll see the Kavanaugh nomination as the gift that keeps on giving, and will continue to press the matter. Mark my words. Wanna bet?

on cue the left is vomiting their hatred of democracy. I expected more crazy than this by now. Dems need to step it up and show America just how crazy they are. I heard kavanaugh raped a nun and then injected her with heroin before beating her to death with a bag full of puppies and kittens.

based on the hateful bias of a far left hack? vs what the DC bar (that's lawyers, not drinking establishments in case you might not know the difference) and the ABA says?
