Kavanaugh nomination advances amid call for FBI probe, Senate vote delay

Not sure how you read 'fair minded" and "Sen. Graham" in the same sentence together and not laugh at the absurdity of that conjunction. Graham's angry old white man act was really about the last thing the GOP needed and his battle cry for tribal politics is really last thing this country needs to hearing now as well. There was nothing statesman like at all about Graham's angry partisan outburst.

On the contrary, he stood up for the honor and reputation of the Senate. If you don't understand that then you're part of the problem.

That is correct, Nilly.

One can also say that Trumpanzees adore Kavanagh precisely because he is a right-wing shill. Just like how they supported Roy Moore for Senate, who was clearly a pedophile, character means nothing to them and their cult leader. This all became clear when Kav bursted out in his anti-left, anti-Clinton tirade. He couldn't even pretend to control himself -- but that's what the right-wing wants -- not a fair arbiter of the law but a solid vote for corporate power that will do the ideological right's bidding by getting rid of union protections and rule that the federal government doesn't have regulatory authority -- not to mention another vote to overturn a woman's right to contraceptives and abortion.

One can reasonably conclude Kav is not the right person to sit on the high court. His anger toward liberals is palpable, his lack of humility bracing. He has the partisan mindset that opponents are unworthy of respect and kindness. He’s clearly not impartial.

Yes that is why the left leaning ABA called him well qualified. It was because he is a shill for the right.

So whose opinion should we go with theirs or some extreme partisan on the internet. Tough choice.
