All that will have to wait until there is a president willing to allow the FBI to investigate, and a congress with a spine and a modicum of ethics to objectively enforce its oversight responsibilities by subpoenaed witnesses, documentation and interviews.

I have no link or source as this is my own comment, Kavannagh hearing is one. the test to see if he is fit for the position of SCOTUS. is he or is he not. At this point he qualifies by standards.

The accusation which have not reached a verdict do NOT disqualify him at this point and or to DELAY his confirmation. A criminal hearing can continue and if FOUND guilty he can be effectively removed from the SCOTUS.


Why wont you guys give up on the FBI what is the FBI going to do, Is the fact that they have NO jurisdiction NOT good enough is the fact that this is NOT a Federal Crime not good enough for you? is the Fact that 6 investigation took place over 15 years and not once did this show up. Valditing 10+ parties rape train accusation 10-20+ women that could have been raped and NOT ONCE did the FBI find it?

Now again...for the 10th millionth time..... Why cant the Maryland Police department START investigating? They are on the ground have jurisdiction have records and know streets locations parties and people that buy and sell alcohol in the area. CURRENTLY the local police have a better and quicker reach than coordinating FBI Agents that may no even be from the area. WHAT HAS NONE of the women filed a local police report? What is stopping them?

Finally SO for every single allegation going forward, the President MUST authorize the FBI, Congress must halt all hearings... especially with cases like this that are so limited in scope and facts.... I mean if there was video and corroborating witness sure its seems more sure, BUT these seem like seemingly loose 35 year old allegations... FFS.... even common sense as questions like really...

You guys are so blind to reality... I really am scared..... really..

No, I will NOT "stop with the FBI", because reopening the background check when new information is know is exactly what they do, and have always done; however, the WH itself must refer the matter to them (as you have been told time and time again), and unlike Geo. HW Bush's WH, Trump's WH refuses to do that.

The rest of this garbage is you telling us what she is going to say, blah-blah-blah, and the only way you or anyone else could have an inkling of what she is going to say is if you've read a copy of her opening statement, which was "helpfully" leaked to the press.

your refusal to read them does not mean i am being dishonest it means that you simply are not wanting to read or acknowledge
anything that challenges your pre-conceived notion on this.

nothing i have said is false or incorrect and i have backed it up with actual sources.
you not reading those sources or looking at them does not mean that i am not telling the truth.
