One of those witnesses is Mark Judge. Republicans refuse to impose criminal penalty on him for liying, so of course he will deny he was part of attempted rape.

Another is her friend who does not recall it but says she believes her. That does not hurt Ford credibility at all.

I agree that ANY of these people should be sued for defamation with strict penalties... if they are lying indeed.

However, so far, it's the Republicans that do NOT want investigation to happen and do NOT want to make everyone around this case accountable! Democrats AND the accusers (first 3) are ALL willing to become CRIMINALS if they are lying by wanted FBI investigation. They also want the lie detector tests on both them AND the judge. And you are accusing THEM in this situation?

If what Biden said is true then what is Brett afraid of? It seems that a lot of complaints about this process could have been easily addressed with an FBI reopening of BK's background check. That is what is so damning about it. It looks like there is something that Brett wants to hide and Trump is facilitating that.

You're cracking us all. Two can play this game. Here's Orin Hatch demanding an FBI in the Anita Hill hearing. Mr Biden has since expressed his regret for his actions and behavior during the Anita Hill/Clarence Thomas hearings. Mr Biden had the capacity to evolve. Mr Orin Hatch apparently not so much.
