Yes, I notice the trend that you highlighted.

Being older (in their 50s) and with psychology major perhaps allows these women to better cope with what happened and the fall out they get over going public.

Willingness for FBI investigations implies that if they are lying they are willing to commit a federal CRIME.

Being against Trump? Well, that's MOST of this country... (and even more so among women)

I didnt accuse Ford of lying and I am certainly not going to accuse you of lying. No one I know is actually FOR allowing rapists to walk the streets free. But with the Ford case, we, the public, are the jury. I wasnt at the party 35 years ago so I dont know what, if anything, happened. All I can do is look at the facts as they have been presented. So far, there is no reason to believe her. Look, assume for a moment that Kavanaugh is innocent--which is how we should view such things. The passage of 36 years makes it impossible for him to establish an alibi. There is no way we will ever know who is telling the truth.

Innocent doesn't mean the plaintiff was lying, it means there was not enough evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt.
 
Innocent until proven guilty, but there does need to be an investigation before any confirmation vote. Conservative posters are unsurprisingly demanding that the women are not listened too and any allegations are ignored.

If Ford, her kook resistance lawyer and Feinstien were truly interested in bringing a alledged rapist to justice, why did they wait the week before Kavanughs confirmation hearing to go public with these allegations ??

Besides, Kavanugh didn't need a FBI investigation to clear his name. The timing of the accusations, the fact the Democrats engineered this and Ford's inconsistetencies and straight out lies is vindication enough.
For everyone who supports this appalling Political tactic to undermine his confirmation, and could care less if Ford is lying or Kavanugh is innocent, they can go **** themselves.

We're simply asking for some credible evidence before we pull our support from a very accomplished SC nominee.

Here's what the New York Times had to say about this:

Judge Kavanaugh’s prospects were further clouded on Sunday when The New Yorker reported on a new allegation of sexual impropriety: A woman who went to Yale with Judge Kavanaugh said that, during a drunken dormitory party their freshman year, he exposed himself to her, thrust his penis into her face and caused her to touch it without her consent.

In a statement, Judge Kavanaugh denied the allegation from the woman, Deborah Ramirez, and called it “a smear, plain and simple.” The New Yorker did not confirm with other eyewitnesses that Judge Kavanaugh was at the party.

The Times had interviewed several dozen people over the past week in an attempt to corroborate her story, and could find no one with firsthand knowledge. Ms. Ramirez herself contacted former Yale classmates asking if they recalled the incident and told some of them that she could not be certain Mr. Kavanaugh was the one who exposed himself.
