Prosecutors Say They Are Ready to Sentence Michael Flynn, Trump’s Ex-National Security Adviser

My two (indefinitive) takeaways:

1] It looks like Mueller's investigation is indeed closing more chapters. But are there many more? Your guess is as good as mine!

2] Both sides have agreed to postpone sentencing and related public documents, until after the mid-terms. Is Mueller being magnanimous, or adhering to DOJ guidelines? Or is he holding a weak hand? Again, your guess is as good as mine!

Wonder what the sentencing will be over something that's so mundane that it's pathetic it's a felony. Lying about a non-crime is a felony? That's pretty pathetic.

What do you think minimizing Flynn’s testimony will bring?

The article I provided claimed the likely sentence was probation to 6 mos.

Should've just taken the sentencing instead of spending so much money on expensive defense teams. Still has his pension, though, which isn't insubstantial.

It'll be interesting to see if charges against Flynn are dropped after the unredacted texts and 302's are released.

Interesting to you, maybe. I surely don't see it.
