Kavanaugh is a gentleman and doesn't seem to be prepared for the attacks and the circus called a hearing. He is perfectly capable of answering questions. That's all I'm saying. No need to start with the "you guys". It is just an observation. I am ashamed of what is going on.

That was precisely her question, she asked if he had discussed the case with anyone at that particular firm. Without knowing who all works at that firm it is impossible to answer that question without possibly committing perjury. This is a matter constantly on the news so it is safe to assume he discussed this with several people, considering he is a judge it is conceivable that he could have spoken with someone from that firm without knowing that person was a lawyer at the firm. She was far too vague in her questioning and should have been more direct if she wanted a simple yes or no.

The red-faced candidate hemmed & hawed but refused to answer the question. I'm certain that Sen. Harris knows the answer, which could lead to Kavanaugh having to recuse himself if any questions relating to Trump came before the SCOTUS.
