And if perjury did follow then, you'd have case for impeachment. Of course we already know perjury and obstruction of justice just ain't high enough on the impeachment bar for convictions.

No, no. The answer is: Benghazi was a waste of taxpayer money. It went on for years for the only purpose of being a political hit job against Hillary. I saw a GOP lawmaker admit it on video.

What I am interested in knowing if the 10 charges that ended up as a mistrial could be retried in NYS court. Since it's mistrial, and he could be brought to trial again on those charges, would it be double jeopardy for those specific charges that ended up hung?

I no longer watch Hardball religiously, but still DVR Chris and watch him from time-to-time. He reminds me of the old-school ward bosses of my youth, growing-up in a large northern city as part of the Democratic Machine curing its heyday.

He is so obnoxious. But how he gets so excited is truly entertaining. During the 2012 campaign Matthews was so losing his **** over how Obama tanked in one of the debates against Romney I thought they might have to haul Matthews out of the studio in a straight jacket!

I saw him taking-on Lance Priebus on Mitt Romney's Birther comments, and it was pretty damn straight.
