SINGAPORE (Reuters) - Iran’s foreign minister said on Friday China was “pivotal” to salvaging a multilateral nuclear agreement for the Middle Eastern country after the United States pulled out of the pact earlier this year.
...
“The role of China in the implementation of JCPOA, in achieving JCPOA, and now in sustaining JCPOA, will be pivotal,” Mohammad Javad Zarif said, referring to the technical name for the nuclear deal.
COMMENT:-
Since the US/PRC relations are so cordial these days, there is absolutely no chance that the PRC will continue to go along with the JCPOA and thereby provide the Iranians with a market that is roughly 4.24 times as large as the United States of America does.
That would be like poking Mr. Trump in the eye with a sharp stick and the Chinese have absolutely no motivation whatsoever to do that.
Right?
