Rosenstein did not actually recommend Comey's termination in the memo to the AG. Some will argue it is implied, but unless it's explicit, you cannot claim he recommended it.

The president ordered everyone out of the room when it talked to Comey. That act is what is incriminating. It demonstrates a "consciousness of guilt".

I see you also cannot think of any obstructions by Trump.

Did you notice Strzok being fired, or the fact all the evidence points at hillary and shadow government rogues within government...? Not Trump huh...the Left, as usual, is guilty of that which they would accuse others.

Oh I will leave the obstruction of justice charges to Mr Muellers fine upstanding special council. I sure hope Trump does not use the Hilldog diversion with Mueller while under subpoena, like your post, it wont get him far.

If you look into Mueller's history it is not stellar at all, not just the Whitey Bulger thing either, look close and if you still have hopes for Justice from him...

Not that this witch hunt is about Justice, just saying.
