Trump Org. CFO mentioned in Michael Cohen tape called by grand jury to testify: WSJ

If this is true we have collusion/conspiracy/fraud. A sad day in our history and our democracy.

Pretty much the trifecta many of us have been saying was true since Christmas.

45 may grab them by the P***** but Mueller has him by the b****.

Were you under the impression that my response to another forum member somehow needed validation by you or required your input?

How very... self absorbed.

It's a public forum...if you don't want comments from others take it to private conversation

We will learn the entire truth eventually and the public (and congress) will judge accordingly. I’m not promoting any conspiracies. It would be in your best interest to care about the truth as well.

Caring about the truth doesn't imply throwing away standards of intellectual inquiry, which doesn't imply shifting the burden of proof on the accused.

Somehow, I don't think he is going to get to meet Jesus.

I'm referring to the judgement day thing, where He says "I was naked and hungry and you turned me away. I was sick and in prison and you just left me there." Trump's gonna say, "But Hilary lost all those e-mails!"

It is the Bad Day at Black Rock for Donald Trump.

Also, it is likely a really ****ty day for Cohen and Manafort. Their flip value may soon to decrease. Yes, their knowledge and cooperation is still valuable to the investigation, but they can't offer what they once may have been able to once Allen's information is gathered, processed, investigated and followed up.

I wouldn't be surprised if Cohen and Manafort soon become extremely willing to cooperate with Mueller before their bargaining power decreases. Cohen and Manafort might well compete with each other to provide Mueller with the most information as soon as possible. They must assume that Allen's knowledge and information could be extremely harmful to them.
I'm posting this 5 hours later than your posting, and CNN is now reporting Cohen is offering to testify that Trump was in on the Russian Trump Towers Meeting.

There went Trump's claim of "no collusion" ...

"I was naked and you made me wear a tie that pointed to my ballessness."

Yup, Matthew Chapter 25 is one of many chapters that the posers who dare to call themselves evangelicals seem to conveniently forget. Jesus will fix that.

I agree 100%!

I always maintained the biggest thing to fall out from Mueller's investigation, will be the depth, breadth, and pervasiveness of crime & corruption in government and business. And we will, as a society, have to make a decision as the whether we accept this crime & corruption as the new normal, or we make a stand against it.

Right now I'm leaning towards us accepting it, for a multitude of reasons. But I sincerely hope I'm wrong!

I wonder how and who will be running when you have a top to bottom inventory of all of your sins y people who hate the ground you walk on. Complete and 100% doxing, from their first AOL E mail account to their burner phones that can still be traced with the IMEI number to track down the person (through surveillance).

And I thought our bonding company was thorough. Everything is for sale, because nearly everything is hacked at one time it another, and you are not required to buy information strictly from the USA.

Not at all. Moot is simply pointing out that another president who was the target of an investigation used the same line of attack. That president later resigned in disgrace. The point is that guilty people often cry foul because they fear discovery.

It's the whataboutism that you people are always crying about.

Lots of GOP type Republicans care...Family values and all...trump is a liar, a sleazebag and a traitor....He needs to pay for his crimes

WHAT CRIME LOL...

Banging pornstars and setting up NDA's is NOT illegal.

Secondly I assume that a billionaire has some white collar skeletons in his closet. BUT nothing along the line of Russian Collusion.

IF hes guilty of a crime I agree he should pay.... But this is digging so DEEP that its inevitable. CAN we do the same to Obama as I am SURE he has skeletons in connection to him as well?

1, The non-disclosure agreements under consideration bind the signatories, Stormy Daniels, and any other woman that Trump was banging, not Trump. They are civil contracts enforced under civil law in civil court, not by the Feds. Mueller doesn't give a rat's ass about who Trump was banging or when. What he does care about is whether the hush money paid to Stormy and any other women constituted illegal campaign violations.
I was trying to read. the NDA, If I am Mistaken its a gag ORDER on BOTH sides NOT just Stormy or other women. Why would it only Gag the Women and allow the Trump to openly discuss. Secondly I was reading that NDA's are Civil and nature and NOT protected if committing a CRIMINAL act. As for hush money, Kinda of silly guy is a billionaire and Cohen would use campaign funds Sound a little far fetched?

2. Flynn, Manafort, and Gates may have knowledge of various crimes committed by Trump, including money laundering for Russian mobster/oligarchs and collusion with Russian operatives to influence the 2016 presidential election.
Key word is "may". Its so Funny, 5 HRC people Got immunities to cooperate yet yielded nothing. Trump's people get lower Charges of guilt and hoping to flip on him, Yet we still have no charges. Tony Podesta to get immunity for similar charges that Manafort is accused of, to cooperate? Really why not charge him with a lesser crime, why immunity?
I know that Trumps bedroom exploits are bright shiny objects, but they're not really anyone's focus.

Yes his bedroom exploits are a shame do not show Values, But you know what? Welcome to the current generation of scumbags. Where the Divorce rate is 50% and Single mother hood has jumped 47% in the last 10 years.... There is no respect for each other and NO respect for Family and true love values. So Trump is just another number in my book. BUT can he make deals, enact policies to make ones life living in America Better, FOR the American People FIRST.

Health Care, Taxes, Illegal immigration, Infrastructure etc etc....... what all this has to do........LOL......... useless

You been saying that since word of Trumps campaign and Russia began. When you have a point to rebut with, I can help.

https://www.esquire.com/news-politics/a13122012/robert-mueller-russia-investigation-charges/

False statements to the FBI, and other non-related charges. I'm still waiting for the smoking gun. Frankly I think Mueller could be the one holding it, and that's why he was made special counsel. There's nothing more immune than getting put in charge of an investigation. I know it sounds far fetched, even CT. But there it is.

It's about time!

And anyone that thinks Mueller isn't necessary, or doesn't have a full plate, is a tool.

Mueller's investigation is blowing Watergate out-of-the-water, in virtually every metric and parameter.

With more results in less time. Just over a year, with a large number of findings. But Republicans are trying as hard as possible to shut him down. Funny thing is that shutting down the russia investigation is not possible. Mueller will have the time to move his investigation to state courts, where the republicans can not affect them.

State prosecuters can't prosecute Federal crimes.

Oh don't worry, it is coming like a freight train. Your Mueller theory should be in CT.

It's the biggest witch hunt in United States history. Every American should be very concerned that this is taking place.

What I am concerned with is the number of brain dead people who suggest that the fbi, and other law enforcement organization investigating this issue, are blamed by those nut cases and their efforts to do their work are said to be engaged in a "witch hunt". So the concept is that our law enforcement organizations are liars, but that the person who has been labeled the biggest liar in the history of politics by fact check organizations is believed by these nut cases.

That is generally true. but many crimes are against both state and federal laws, and as a result can be prosecuted by both. I bet you assume that Mueller is not aware of that, eh, me boy??
But, maybe he is a bit smarter than you. In fact, I wish I could take book on that concept.

The trump ass kissers are desperate....Soon that will start to claim "colluding" with Russia isn't a crime, once the evidence is overwhelming trump did in fact reach out to his Russian contacts....Their partisanship has turned them into defacto traitors to America

Yup. So true.
Can you imagine if Obama had made these trump moves? Among the trumpets, apoplexy would be rampant.
