McGlockton didn't step back until after the gun was pulled. Pulling the gun and not firing is no different that pulling the gun and firing, legally speaking. There's no such thing as "non-lethal use" of a firearm.

I can find a million more quotes of famous black people callings conservatives racists, does that make their statements true? In apdst's world, the majority opinion of black people does not matter. If he can find a single statement he thinks corroborate his claims and it is given by the most obscure of black folks, he's on it.

There is another forum where that sort of argument passes around forum. It doesn't need to be mentioned but yeah, apdst's tactics are straight from there.

Let's put it this way, D&S are inconsequential to politics in the black community and always will be cause folks don't believe they have anyone's best interest in mind.

They gave an opinion and I gave mine, the only one who doesn't seem to under these are all opinions and not facts is you. Here's the difference between opinion and fact.

It's my opinion that Republicans who vote for Trump are either racist or stupid of both.

It's a fact that white southerners have voted for Representatives who tried to wage war against the United States in order to maintain slavery, who voted against the civil rights act by over a 90% margin and who have been found recently in federal court to have "targeted minorities with strategic precision" with their voter suppression laws. Those son, are facts. :thumbs:

Imagine being thrown to the ground by some big strong dude. He was obviously some kind of aggressive person to do that.

They were both wrong, but it all happened very quickly. I think if he just pointed the gun and told him to get the **** back, that would have been better. We’re all armchair quarterbacks. I don’t know what I would have done. I don’t pack a gun, and I certainly wouldn’t have made a big deal about the parking spot. That’s the job of the police.
