New Indictments Expected in Mueller Probe

It wasn't chilling. It was a tongue in cheek remark made to a reporter. Context people, context.

So a Russian intelligence agency was reaching out to the Trump campaign offering help, Trump tells the Russians to hack, they did it the same day. That is the context.

Which is why I'm wondering why you're trying to spin it. :lamo

Wow, that positive streak didn't last:

I'd reply more, but I don't see where you furthered the debate.

It wasn’t chilling to trump cultists, but chilling to everyone else. Sorry, should have corrected myself there.

I REALLY don't think you want to talk about context in a thread where Russian intelligence officers were indicted for taking direct actions to help Donald Trump.

Seriously, the stupidity right now trying to defend Trump is nearly overwhelming.

But the poster did not prove me wrong. Just another shameful response from you.

Not at all. Perhaps when you are wrong, some learn from it. Yet you continue to ignore the truth.

Excellent presentation, brother. But from me, Moscow Mitch McConnellism , MMM, has known all of this ALL ALONG. Garland was just part of ‘McFilibuster’s Long Game’.

Well to be fair, Democrats helped set the stage for that:
So the Democratic Senate Majority Leader, Nevada's Harry Reid, decided to pull the trigger. The nuclear option was implemented for the first time, and the Senate rules were changed so nominees for cabinet posts and federal judgeships could be confirmed with just 51 votes. Republicans cried foul, despite threatening the nuclear option in the past, and Democrats who had been opposed to such a rule change quickly changed their tune. Then-Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said at the time, "You'll regret this, and you may regret this a lot sooner than you think."

Mitch said challenge accepted, and he countered in a stunning victory. No doubt Mitch's hands are clean on the Russia thing, but Republicans know how to use each other, and scandal, to further their agenda even in the worst of circumstances...or perhaps even helped by the worst of circumstances.

Republicans lately have no reason or logic or ethics on their side. They have to be cunning, crafty, dirty, well connected, and well coordinated...they always seem better at those things than Dems.

I'm not convinced of that. People already knew how nasty and crooked Clinton was. The emails from the DNC just confirmed it.

I have a number of threads on Clinton/Foundation corruption. From the Uranium deals to others. On HRC /Bill's corruption I am fully in agreement.

After being briefed on this, Trump still went out and called the investigation into Russian meddling in our election, a "witch hunt". Trump has not agreed to it.

Trump just had Giullliani absurdly trot out yesterday and claim this:

And today that ****er says this:

https://www.vox.com/2018/7/13/17568976/indictments-giuliani-trump-mueller

In other words, Trump/Giuliani want ALL results of the investigation dismissed because they believe in a conspiracy theory against the DOJ without any evidence.
But today Giuliani says results from that investigation are good news for all Americans?

No, we see the flag Trump is waving, and it's not the American flag.
Exactly.

This is totally un-American. Trump is a disgrace to his oath.

They attempted to. Did they get them?
Worst defense ever.

The attempt is illegal. Doesn't matter if they succeeded, the very fact they ATTEMPTED was illegal. The fact they attempted immediately after it was publicly requested by Trump makes it worse.

He never said that. You’re in for a rude awakening when Americans are actually indicted.

This is freak out number 5,000 since you lost the election. Nothing will come of this either like you want it to. You're not getting Trump's head on a stick.

I love coming here to see the zoo of liberals lose their ever-loving minds on every story every day.

Helps me understand the real enemy.

Rosenstein said that an unnamed organization coordinated with GRU on timing and means of releasing the documents. That's clearly Wikileaks. This will likely lead to an indictment of Stone. It will be interesting to see what Trump's response will be given his upcoming meeting with Putin (we know how he'll react, though).

Or Cambridge analytica.

First, I'm not a trump cultist. I didn't even vote for him. That is just a stupid statement.
Second, are you that easily 'chilled' when someone makes a sarcastic remark?

Why not. I'm not about to jump on the 'he begged them to hack her email' bandwagon just because of this. It's not what he said, and anyone who watches the whole thing IN CONTEXT, with his response to the reporter would see this.

This is one hyperbole statement that I've always argued against, I don't care who the **** it is. And I'm not about to turn around and say, oh yeah, it's ok to spin it that way, because Russian intelligence officers were indicted.

Oh now exact words matter? You were just schooling another poster over the exact words Rosenstein used in his statement. Please be consistent.

When someone says he asked them to hack her emails and they "performed the act requested", is not accurate or honest.

Nope. Trump was elected because he says what he means and means what he says.

Trump's haters willfully ignore context and sarcasm because they think it will help their cause. But in fact, it makes them look unreasonable and desperate.
And humorless.

Keith Olbermann? Is that really who you're taking cues from?

Out of curiosity, between 2009 and 2016 did Sergey Kislyak ever meet with Obama? Was there a press contingent present for every one of those meetings? Why is it unreasonable for the president to meet with any particular foreign diplomat?

Is there a Keith Olbermann link in there? He's back to working on ESPN and officially announced that he was out of the political pundit business on November 27, 2017.

And one thing is for certain, if there were members of the American press there, like this very good friend of mine who works the White House beat,

(Adrian Kill)

or even if there weren't, I don't think you can point to a single instance where Russian press was exclusively invited while American press was expressly ordered to LEAVE.

Hey, Look! Witches.

Right Wing traitor scum outed.

To that I’ll say McConnellism put the nuclear trigger into play in 2005, threatening Minority Leader Daschle with it, and Daschle backed down. McConnellism has proven its unAmerican.

At the same time, Majority Leader Frist of Tennessee became the only ML to ever campaign in the STATE of a Minority Leader, which gave South Dakota Thune.

The Hatchet Man is failing at his job..... these indictments mean practically nothing and doing this just as Trump is meeting with Putin makes Mueller look even more politically driven than he did before....this was an unforced error.

I noted on TV today, Trumps speech asking for the Russian to find those 30 K missing emails. That set off another large hack within IIRC 4-5 hours of his speech. Coincidence?

One can speculate.
Now we need to know what was hacked from the Clinton server. It is, of course, solid evidence, not speculation, of her gross mishandling of classified information.

Why is it that trump can say whatever the hell he wants and is never accountable? You are a trump cultist if you defend everything he says. Maybe not you, but there are plenty of them on this board. And yes I’m chilled by his remarks. Sorry that bothers you so much.
