When Antifa gets violent, they ought to be shot using the 2nd Amendment.
So kill them?

‘Unmasking Antifa Act' Includes 15-year Prison Term Proposal
By Emily Birnbaum
07/10/18
The “Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018,” legislation introduced in the House, carries a potential 15-year prison sentence for those caught engaging in behaviors typically associated with the “Antifa” movement of anti-fascist activists.
Under the act, anyone “wearing a mask” or in disguise who “injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates any person … in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege” would be subject to a fine or up to 15 years in prison.
The bill was introduced in the House last month but received renewed attention on Tuesday after alt-right personality Mike Cernovich encouraged his followers to call their representatives and "let them know what you think" about the legislation.

This is way behind schedule. I can't believe these DOMESTIC TERRORISTS have been allowed to operate as masked thugs trying to intimidate Americans into relinquishing their First Amendment rights. Unreal.
It might be instructive to those of us who are Progressive Marxist Socialists to examine why the Republican party was formed in the first place, and why the Democrats are called Democrats.
The original Republican argument in the 19th century is that there are some rights which are above common consensus. let's take a history lesson, one based on actions instead of meaningless diatribes by Leftists.
13th Amendment, abolishes slavery. 100% Republican support. 23% Democrat support.
14th Amendment, gives citizenship to freed slaves. 94% Republican support. 0% Democrat support.
15th Amendment, right to vote for ALL. 100% Republican support. 0% Democrat support.
The vast majority of the American people and voters are repulsed by the anarchy wrought by #Antifa in our streets just as they were after the Democrat convention in Chicago in 1968 and the riots, bombings of college campuses and the subversion of our government (which was being done by Marxist Socialists by the way) back then. Our nation teetered on the brink of collapse. But the American people rose up and said no more. Just as these domestic terrorists calling themselves Antifa today.
That said, the question NO ONE ever seems to ask and get answers to is:
Where is the money coming from to fund all of this anarchy and violence? W
here do these individuals who are hiding their faces get the money they need to live day-by-day?
How much are they reporting every year on their income tax - assuming any of them actually pay taxes?
Citizens absolutely have a right to anonymity when practicing their first amendment rights. A bill like this shouldn't be supported by anyone who seriously believes in the Constitution and the protection of citizens' rights to anonymity.
If someone is using a mask to protect their anonymity to commit a crime is one thing, using a mask or a disguise to practice free speech without fear from oppression from the tyranny of the majority.

So kill them?
So, you support the KKK being able to march and protest with their hoods on to retain anonymity?
Fascinating.

Nothing fascinating about that.......as long as the KKK are not breaking the law they have that right.
Muslim women wear masks constantly in an ongoing protest against human rights and Christianity and common sense.
They are not violent so it's perfectly legal........so far.
That of course goes for the right wing terrorists as well right.. who have been violent for decades... abortion clinic bombings and killings, mass murder, political assassinations and of course KKK/Neo nazi rallies that attack and kill people.. all those should be shot as well? Oh no.. Trump pardons those right wing terrorists instead!
So kill them?
As disgusting as they are, guess what..............................................they had a ****ing permit to be there.

Congrats on defending neo nazis...
Congrats on defending neo nazis...
These kind of response were dumb when people make them towards lawyers or the ACLU when they're protecting subjectively scummy people, and it's dumb here to.
I can't/couldn't stand neo-nazi's, westboro baptist, ANTIFA, the "Bush is a Nazi" types, etc...but defending their rights when they are acting within the law isn't just needed, but integral, if one truly believes in those rights because ultimately things like the right to assembly and the right to free speech are rendered worthless and hollow if they're disregarded or ignored simply because those assembling or the speech being uttered are things that are viewed at the time as detestable.
I may not agree with the ACLU on various things or how the manner in which they view some rights, but I don't blame them for defending people when it falls within the scope of their princples because that's what having principles, at times, means.
Are these guys up to no-good?
So, you support the KKK being able to march and protest with their hoods on to retain anonymity?

Peaceful and righteous protest, and exercising 1st A rights, doesn't require anonymity.
Apples and oranges:
"...Ohio statute that prohibits anonymous political or campaign literature is unconstitutional."
Yes, I fully believe that you Trump supporters should be more than allowed to attend protests and rallies with your hoods and bed sheets.
It may not require anonymity, but if someone feels they need to protect their identity then they should be able to do so.
I am not the least bit surprised you don't understand how the Supreme Court, and rulings work. I wish I could explain it to you, I really do. But I'm afraid I don't have the time and HowardBThaine ate all my crayons.
Then you'd agree that Ku Klux Klan members also have the right to wear their robes and hoods? The law was originally created to curb the Democrat KKK'ers. It's been modified for the 21st Century to include Antifa.
