Summerville area woman charged with assaulting boy at community pool, assaulting deputies

That's just a figure of speech, dude, and in my opinion, it's a valid assessment.

Why do you care?

People express their opinions every day -- all day long -- yet, you've chosen to have a hissy fit about this particular one.

It's like you're personally insulted by the idea that the woman might have a screw loose.

What gives?

I think he is trying to say the OP is a racist because if this had been a black person mental illness probably would not have been mentioned.

At least that is what I get out this particular pissing contest.

The OP said the kids were invited by a resident or, I wold assume, somebody that did have a right to be there which supersedes this person saying they don't have a right to be there.
I know I read that, when she butted in the resident should have spoken up.
Without a resident authenticating that they are indeed invited guest, how would the lady know that they were?

If I were her I would assume they were invited, unless they have had problems with groups or even these same kids before.

As would most people, but the defenders of the community association types, feel that they cannot sit idly by.

From the article I posted earlier - it appears another gentleman was there and he said one of the boys was flipping the woman off. That man spoke at a community meeting. Also, from what I understood, the boys WERE invited but the resident who invited them was not there yet -- he was supposed to meet them there.

Still, the woman never should have smacked that boy -- and she definitely should not have pushed one cop (injuring his knee) or bit another one.

That's just loony.

Well,, Now that agent j and hatuey have finished they "slap fight" I will opine..

I don't know(care) if the woman was /is mental. My thoughts are maybe she's just a b!tch.
