President Donald Trump said on Sunday that people who enter the United States illegally should be sent back immediately to where they came from without any judicial process, likening them to invaders who are trying to “break into” the country.

Are there any other alleged crimes that you feel LEOs should simply impose an immediate sentence for? How would you "handle it" if you were denied due process because the LEO was sure that you were guilty?

Yep. There is a front door to this country. Anyone coming in the back door gets to keep their family together, as we toss them all back over the wall the same day. If you want legal protections then you come in through the front door.

The right to due process is one of the our greatest rights in the United States. Our court system has found illegal immigrants that enter the US do have the same right to the 14th amendment as citizens.

I have no problem with taking illegals and pointing them back south (or whichever direction) they came from and telling them to scoot. It solves the separation issue too (think of the poor children right?).

However, the equation with common law enforcement issues dealing with US citizens (a big difference) is not even the same. Trying to conflate the two doesn't work and lessens the argument against the spot deportation. Btw, I've seen (known) people turned away at airports in Brazil and in the UK with them being sent back on a flight so it's not without precedent.

Seems like the court system (activist judges) didn't actually read it. Note the definition of "persons".

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

One has to sadly laugh at what the right wing consistently calls their "family values". Matters not to them what the law requires, what the Constitution requires, what common decency requires, only what their god Trump requires. Of course, why should they think that "toss them back over the wall" is a common sense attitude. Afterall, that was what their god did when he tired of his wives. And that was what he did when he tired of fulfilling contracts.

Ideally we should actually protect the border and prevent them from getting in in the first place. For those who overstay their VISA, they should still get due process, and it should be swift.

I'd be happy if it were people named "Mike" but then again... I'm actually a U.S. citizen therefore contractually a "person" as clarified/noted in the 14th amendment. Illegals are a "person" (citizen) of their own nation of origin and should work to ensure they enact changes in their own countries rather than invade ours and demand we accept it. Sorry, but on this issue, we will just have to agree to disagree.

That's not even a definition of "persons" since the Court decided corporations are "persons".

I realize Liberals are desperate to cultivate new voters for their electorate plantation, but it's so obvious how they want to subvert our nations sovereignty that it's becoming treasonous.

I believe they should be sent back unless they're seeking asylum from tyrannical regimes. In order to send them back, the courts must determine that they're here illegally. Don't you agree?

I'm just using the norms of contract law and reading it as such. The statement of the party (person) is clarified/defined directly in the opening then followed by the assigned rights/rules. You can argue with me all you wish, but I didn't write it.

I would have been far more specific than they were.
