Melania wears 'I don't really care do u?' coat on migrant visit

I don't know why you're confused. It's a political thread about a political issue.

Since when has the first ladies attire been considered political? Not in my lifetime. The only reason you give a hoot is her last name is Trump! Yea why Melina wears is right up there with NK signing a deal with the US. Yep you lefties have a strange sense of what makes something political.:lamo

That's ****ed up. So are the two likes you got for it. Keep calling this FL a slut and see if anyone cares what you think about the next one.

Big difference between a slut and a prostitute. The latter gets paid.

Her name is Melania. Or Mrs. Trump.

I posted several articles about criticism aimed at former First Ladies. Read them. It's happened throughout your lifetime despite your denial.

You read nothing and your post is entirely irrelevant. There is probably a thread for the Fonda tweet. Go bother someone there. Same with whomever liked that mumble.

Maybe, instead of being lazy and jumping to the end of a thread, then attacking others, you could read the thread. It will help you determine what really is relevant or irrelevant. OTOH, you seem to enjoy being nasty. Carry on then.

Criticism about the first ladies actions and whining about what the she is wearing boarding an aircraft are two different things sport! Admit it if her name wasn't Trump this wouldn't even be an issue.

I don't think "tone deaf" really speaks to the extent of that faux pas. Someone had to have told the FLOTUS that was a dumb move.

Odd, because I never really though she was as much of a heartless a-hole as DJT, but maybe I was wrong.

Unless, it's a message about DJT, not the kids.

Unfortunately I haven't seen anything that leads me to believe that message wasn't simply her literal statement. Seems out of character for her, or at least for the way I perceived her character.

Oh, I think it would be. It's just an odd thing for a First Lady to wear no matter who is wearing it.

Rubio defends Melania

I know for a FACT that @FLOTUS has been a strong voice of compassion for migrant children. The vicious treatment of her over the last day is a reminder of how Trump Derangement Syndrome, where hatred for him justifies everything, has become an epidemic. Totally lunacy everywhere!!!

yep!

I read every word. Before I dealt with you. Anything else?

No, I won't admit that because it's a brain dead thing to say.

For the smarter participants in this thread, I never criticized the FL. In fact, I have defended her more forcefully than any of you and your "like" pals.

Can we just accept that her visit was a good idea, she no doubt has compassion for the kids, and that she and/or her advisors made a colossal wardrobe malfunction. The reason it is such a bit deal to many is her husband, whose pattern of words and actions is strong evidence HE does not care. The Time Mag cover said more than Melania's jacket.

The fashion statement. Duh. LOL.

Really not even that. She put the jacket over her outfit getting on the plane in DC, then again in Texas, because the weather was bad. She didn't actually wear it during the event.

Look, talking about the First Lady is something I seldom, seldom do and I really detest overt attacka against them no matter who the president is.

This is not an attack.

But one does have to wonder what is going on with that jacket... I dunno man there are more than a few clips that show that perhaps their marriage isn’t exactly top notch.

I don’t believe for a second she wore that in order to say she doesn’t care about these children... if I had to speculate I would me more of mind it was a message to Trump.

But that’s just speculation but definitely another oddity in the Trump Presidency Saga.

I was all for cutting her slack, believing it might be a message towards her husband, but she wore it off the plane, after the news had broke that she had worn it in the first place. People can read the internet on her plane. Why wear it a second time?

Why step so purposely on her own message? Once is tone deaf. Twice? It's mystifying.

Oh good gracious. If any other FLOTUS had worn that jacket, it would have created a controversy.

Typical liberal resorting to insults.

I hope she really likes that jacket. She will be wearing it for the rest of her life.

Little Marco Rubio gets a good pat on the head today.

Good for him.

Sent from Trump Plaza's basement using Putin's MacBook.

Whoever it was that she was trolling with that jacket, I hope it was worth distracting from the message of helping children in need.

I say the same thing to liberals who say stupid things which make the story about themselves and their vulgarity instead of about the cause they supposedly care about.

She could have the queen of the media for the day for showing that she cared. Instead she wears a jacket saying she doesn't care.

Flat out stupid. And sad for the kids that the adults are behaving in a way which lays obstacles down instead of facilitating problem solving.
