That is certainly being investigated now, thanks to the media, pointing this out.

I smell the lawsuits already coming in.

If Donald Trump and Stephen Miller don't like our Asylum Immigration Policies, they should encourage Congress to change them.

But, they can't change them without Congressional approval!

Human beings have equal human rights. If it is abhorrent to subject Barron to said conditions, it is equally abhorrent to subject other children to those conditions -- you know, the conditions you are fine with subjecting them to.

Oh really? Because it just seems like he's reversing the policy that didn't exist -- that he was "forced" to do because it was the law and the Democrats wouldn't "sign-on" and haven't signed on -- but he's backing off anyway.

I think the Trump team was looking at the lawsuits that were filed by a couple of the Asylum applicants that had their children taken from them.

They realized the courts were about to weigh in on the issue, and they didn't want to risk being over ruled by the court, so they went the executive order route to stand down instead.

Not at all. The law states that children cannot be held in a detention center fir mire than 20 days. No doubt the Trump Admin will be sued by the end of July.

We DO NOT Take our children away for committing a misdemeanor? ARE YOU SURE?

Coming across the border illegally is a misdemeanor the FIRST time, the second time is a FELONY. Some have done this multiple times.
