SINGAPORE (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump fired off a volley of tweets on Monday venting anger on NATO allies, the European Union and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in the wake of a divisive G7 meeting over the weekend.

The escalating clash over trade between Washington and some of its closest global partners cast a cloud over Trump’s efforts to make history in nuclear talks in Singapore on Tuesday with Kim Jong Un of North Korea, one of America’s bitterest foes.

He meant free trade. Fair trade is a certification by which the producers and workers are guaranteed a percentage of final profit. It's a tool for just compensation in countries lacking labor law and other infrastructure to ensure such.

Kim is probably wetting his purple underpants with excitement that he has this overgrown toddler showing up to meet with him tonight, as he's wanted every previous President to do (with no success because they were smarter than that), knowing that Trump will throw a temper tantrum at some point and look foolish.

This is also Kim's idea of Heaven. The US alienating its closest allies in the same week he's meeting with our President. So we dumb those evil Canadian and German allies, and forge an alliance with North Korea and Russia. What can possibly go wrong?

I'd take that for regime change and nation building in Iran. It's not like Europe's an international threat, it will be fine if left alone a bit.

I've bet all along the it not only flops but worsens our relations with NK. Kim is not giving up his nukes & rockets. They are his penis extensions in psychological terms.

Yeah...I'm not surprised that countries around the world are more concerned about keeping that American money coming to them than they are about reducing the possibility of nuclear war.
