EU backs Canadian leader after Trump's sharp words

In Alberta there are a lot of free range cattle. Raised mostly for beef

"A lot" is a relative term. They are 26th in the world in total cattle, how many are free range? Granted, there are more cattle per-capita in Canada than the US. We're both pikers to Brazil, though.

Play Nice! Trump was the nominee, and the other choice was Hillary:doh

IMO Tres is a hypocrite.

She attacks Trump yet it was Marco Rubio attacking Donald's hand size and saying he peed his pants.

Marco claims to be a statesman. He is a professor. The guy acted like a clown during the primary.

As Trudeau said " I've been called worse things by better men." (Justin's father, talking about Nixon.) The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Free range here means free range with the cattle getting of lot of grass from the pasture rather than pellets. You can only support a certain number of cattle per acre that way

And now Trump is President and not Hillary!

I would have supported Rubio as well, As for Obama my concern were mostly the Supreme Court,
but also his own policy blunders, The Presidency should not be on the Job training.

Like Trump is? He has never held any political offices, ever. Running a company is absolutely nothing like running a country (or even a small city), regardless of what some Republicans believe. And Trump didn't even run his companies very well from the standpoint of seeing if his experiences could translate. You cannot simply be an arrogant asshole and think the world is going to fix itself. Nor is everyone or even most going to believe you when you claim to do things that you really had little to no influence on. Hopefully the rest of this country will start recognizing this by 2020.

I am still not sure what Trump is, but unlike many here, I will at least keep an open mind.
I am more interested in the results than the method, but so far I think he is getting results.

He is not producing positive results in most areas. He inherited the vast majority of any positive results that we are seeing right now. The great economy, the job market, the stock market, all are inherited or have nothing to do with his position. He isn't the reason for those results. And NK hasn't resulted in anything as of right now. I wouldn't applaud the work of a power company who is merely looking at sites to possibly start research on potential new reactors. That isn't results, and even that would be more than Trump has done with N. Korea so far. He is pissing off our allies and giving more hostile countries free reign within our systems in exchange for what very well looks like "kick-backs".

To always cast a negative light on something is a form of bias.
I simply hope he addresses our real problem, which is energy.
I would like the US to be the world leader in moving Humanity forward to the next level,
but it will take vision, something I fear is lacking in Washington.

There is a point at which hope is simply wasted on some people. You need to start holding them responsible for their irresponsible or irrational behavior. And our current President is both irrational and irresponsible, and that is very bad for this country.

I do not like how Trump uses twitter, and how he come across, but there are plenty here who are and always have been never Trumpers.
I am willing to see if his methods show results, it may seem crazy to us on the outside, but he is addressing some of the issues.

When you say "grass from the pasture" do you mean grazing in the pasture or served grass in a cage?

Maybe because he has acted like this long before he ran for President and it was pretty obvious that he would continue to act like a pompous, immature asshole, which is rarely a good thing for a country? He has never shown that he has much integrity nor that he was in this for anything other than his own ego and/or to help out his own interests. So why should anyone give him the benefit of the doubt when so far, he has continued to live up to those negative beliefs about him? There have been a few things that he has done that are good. But most of what he has done that was positive would likely have been done by others in the same position as him at the time. I can't give credit for someone doing something which should be his job, which I have seen a lot of those who want to defend Trump regardless of what he does do.

"Well at least he was willing to sign these few good bills that Congress passed" is far from a ringing endorsement of anyone.

I get tired of people thinking Machiavelli's prince is a nice guy, he is not!
What Trump is, is a SOB who is our President, If our goals and his are aligned (and they kind of are),
then he will get things done, that we find favorable.
If his goals and what you want done are not aligned, it will not work out so well.
The best we can hope far is that more good than bad happens.

It's quite possible that Mr. Trump doesn't understand much about a country where the easiest way of finding a used car lot is NOT to look for a massive display of the country's flag.

Well, THAT took all of a second and a half.
