After losing DACA and facing deportation, he returned to Mexico. He was killed weeks later.

Oh I have no doubt you are where you claim to be...

I'm sure Zacatecas has many fine classic cars, your 'logic' seems more self justifying than reasonable...

There would be a bit of difference on a penniless teen first time in a strange country and a fella who claims to routinely do business in the country. Kinda the difference between staying in the drug/hooker motel or the 5 star gated hotel... and as you claim- you have the ability to pick and chose (by paying) for your circumstances.

But do try and compare yourself to the kid... it's REALLY working.

You see the 'deal' with DACA people as not 'stay out of trouble' you want them to be perfect... :doh

Misdemeanor shouldn't mean deportation, and I seriously doubt many have been deported prior to Jefferson Sessions getting 'tough' for the 'nativists'.

Now let me share my racist, colorist joke from my Grandfather- "Don't let anyone call you a wetback, when I crossed the river was ankle deep!"

Oh and my father's opinion on returning to the home state- "They (his parents, my grandparents) didn't leave anything behind worth going back for"

I guess they didn't have a classic car and must be from Zacatecas... :peace

Here is a link of how many old cars from 1950 to 1975 are in Zacatecas for sale on this website, which is the largest site in that area.

https://www.segundamano.mx/anuncios/zacatecas/autos-y-camionetas?modelo=1950-1975

There is a total of 1 car available.

Here is another site

https://vehiculos.mercadolibre.com.mx/autos-antiguos/zacatecas/ It has 10 cars available.

I am not comparing myself to the guy.

Why do you think a 19 year old is helpless?

I don't know the circumstances of his death but generally speaking the cartels kill their own and iof hes hanging out with other cartel members, that was a mistake on his part.

He already showed in the US he had no respect for the law, so I have no doubt that got even worse when he came back here where the police are not around every corner waiting to grab you.

You can defend him all you want, he chose to break multiple laws and then he chose to leave the country.

I know many people like him that grew up in the US but did something stupid and had to leave. They didn'0t automatically go directly to breaking the law here.

The dude was murdered. To you, this is working as intended?

This underscores the danger he was in. He died because we sent him back to Mexico.

He died because of who he was hanging out with.

Cartels kill within their ranks if they need to.

Although I do have to admit that because it is election season, there have been more murders in some of the cities, but that will calm down after July 1st.

And to be clear, the US didn't send him back. That was all on him.

When an American gets a DUI, he/she pays a fine and gets a mark on his/her record.

When an DACA recipient gets a DUI, he can expect the death penalty. :)

Do you have proof of this?

I know someone who imported a Mustang from Mexico. When he went to license it in Missouri, a stolen vehicle report from decades ago came up from California. The owner from decades ago came to pick up the car. The buyer in Missouri was out all the money he spent acquiring that car.

That should be checked before purchase.

It is very easy with the VIN.

I am actually surprised it got across the border with that report active. They check everything there very carefully.

Not hard at all with the new rule that allows cars over 25 years old to be brought in.

I have plans on doing just that.

I found here a 1952 DeSoto Diplomat Wagon which is a car that was never sold in the US nor in Canada and it is in really nice condition.

Only a few were made for South America and Europe.

As soon as I have a place to store it inside, I am going to go get it.

Interesting. Thanks. I will have to do some research on it.

Yes they do work. the Soviet Union loved walls.

To keep people in. Slight difference.

Just in case you have been glued to CNN, MSNBC or been getting your info from Comedy Central, or haven’t figured it out for yourself, anyone (except for those prevented by law) can leave whenever they want.

Those groups that killed him will of course respect US law and never try to enter the USA illegally.

Of course not. Just as Saddam wouldn’t ever use WMD.

Oh!... he did.
