The most interesting thing about this story is that Bill and Melinda felt uncomfortable about how well Trump knew what their daughter looked like.

Trump is supposed to be making a lot of policy decisions including on public health. That he does not have even a small level of understanding on many issues should be a concern and not be celebrated.
