Hillary Clinton goes after 'reality TV' Trump in New Zealand speech

Hillary Clinton slammed President Trump as a “reality TV” candidate and again claimed sexism contributed to her defeat in the 2016 election while on a speaking tour in Auckland, New Zealand on Monday.

Clinton, who is promoting her book “What Happened,” took multiple jabs at Trump throughout her speech and during interviews with New Zealand media, although she didn’t mention him by name much, the New Zealand Herald reported. In particular, she called him “a creep” for standing close behind her during a town hall-style debate, a moment during the campaign she’s often brought up since the election.

“The forces at work in the 2016 election in the United States are still with us and not only in my country but around the world,” Clinton said. “It was a perfect storm: deep currents of anger and resentment flowing through our culture. Our political press that told voters my emails were the most important story. The unprecedented intervention in our election by the FBI director. The information warfare waged from within the Kremlin.”

:lamo Hillary, the gift that keeps on giving. She continues to yack up the same slimy hairballs while hawking her wares to a willing ear.... I guess our only solace is that many can hope that the non-stop hissing continues through the Nov. midterms.

She needs to hang back and stay out of the upcoming midterms. While I understand that she wants to remain relevant, she's a big part of why we're stuck with this nitwit as president. When she shows up in the news, it doesn't help.

I've been calling Trump the Reality-TV candidate and the Reality-TV President far longer than Hillary.

Also, this is just her continuation of your Excuse Tour wherein it's everyone's fault but her own that she lost. No one cares.

There's absolutely none of her quotes in that article that are untrue.

Do you people simply hate the message, or the messenger?

lol in every thread the alt liberals say "stop bringin up hillary" and all she does is put herself in the news

I hope she never goes away. She's the gift that keeps on giving. Reminds everyone she's just another whining liberal "victim", someone totally unfit to lead such a great country.

as long as the liberal morons keep the witches troika of Clinton/Pelosi/Warren in leadership positions the GOP has nothing to fear from the Democrats. They will remain out of power and lost in the forest, much like Hillary herself.

Remember when Colin Powell said, Everything HRC touches she kind of screws up with hubris?"... What you are saying above is a perfect example of what he has said.

Hosted by The Growth Facility, the former secretary of state discussed sexism, particularly in the U.S., and how she said it impacted her political aspirations. Tickets ranged from $195 to $595, according to the event page.
Btw, I wonder what her cut is from the proceeds while she promotes her victimhood?
Not a bad gig. Oh, and another thing, she recently blamed her own capitalism for a reason she lost the election. Who or what hasn't she blamed?

The Democratic party didn't learn from Republicans in 2008 and 2012 that if you run unlikable legacy candidates, you lose. Hopefully they figure that out before 2020, because the stakes are very high.

You have nancy pelosi and maxine waters leading your party and still have the guts to call out other people's intelligence?

only a liberal could pull off that blind arrogance.

good luck winning a national election anytime soon, unless you have another clean black guy hidden away somewhere.

now go brush the hair on your hillary doll.

She didn't lose because of sexism. She lost because she ****ed up. And now she refuses to see that it was her fault she lost to Trump and that she's doing more harm than good with her Excuse Tour.

the republicans ran someone who told the world what a danger russia was. the left re-ran someone who laughed, said the cold war was over, and that he'd be more flexible after the election.

then the very same term under obama, we are hacked by russia.

the left needs to learn to listen to the republicans. the left is too extreme and wont think outside of their radical mind

You and I are so on the same page... :party
Many fail to acknowledge this salient point. Instead they think blaming the man who sold a better story to the people is the way to go. That won't change anything.
Change needs to happen within the two parties. The people NO longer want DC status quo career politicians for their presidents. Why? Because nothing ever changes... so they put their money on Trump instead because well, why not? He sold them a better story.
Both parties are in serious trouble if they can't figure out how to earn the trust of the people back.
It will be a long time before I ever cast a vote for another president if they don't figure out that attacking Trump is the worst thing they can do. His base simply digs in deeper.

ETA: Between the two candidates, and though I did not vote for a presidential candidate, my personal political beliefs made me happier Trump beat Hillary after it was all said and done.

No they're not. Because enough people have convinced themselves they have to vote for one or the other, else they are "throwing away their vote". So no matter how much trust they lose, no matter how terrible the candidates they put up; people are still going vote for them...or not vote at all, which doesn't really matter. Because in the end, regardless, we'll keep putting in the R or the D and point at the other side and claim they are so much worse.

Until enough people figure out the trap they've fallen into and begin to vote third parties, we won't be able to exert any force on the One Party and they stay in power forever with no regard to the actual needs or desires of the People. The lesser of two evils is still evil.

please. Russia appears to have Trump by the balls in some way. as for Democrats, they need an organized agenda, a message, and the ability to sell that message. they also need exciting, appealing candidates.

i figured Clinton would win, the rabid partisans would impeach her for emails or something, and then Kaine would become president.

wrong.

what part are you claiming is incorrect? that russia hacked us during obamas admin? that obama was told repeatedly they were and threat and he laughed and said "the cold war is over"?

point to what you claim is wrong so i can cite sources of what happened while obama was president.

Can you also cite AMERICAN PROPAGANDA sources of what happened while [fill in the blank] was president?

yeah, i know, you don't like Obama. thanks for updating the class. as for Trump, he appears to be anything but our Great Protector against Russia. ****, he won't even say critical things about Putin, a dictator who arrested his opponent and orchestrated the fake Russian election. in fact, he ****ing congratulated him for doing it.

i'm looking forward to finding out why.
