I believe that by law the DOC is considered the custodian of the records, which gives him obligations re the protection of as well as the routing of, and when he or those in his employ willingly violates those obligations then he and only he is held responsible for the violation.

That sounds a lot like divulging doctor/patient relationship information.

This doesn't sound like much of a story. Former doctor got butt hurt after not getting the gig. Former patient sent someone to pick up the files.

And so Trump had good cause to be pissed and if his people got a little mouthy a few days later as Trump tried to protect himself from more abuse I likely cant be bothered to care....

I do however find it interesting that the so-called journalists act like this is usable anti-Trump propaganda.

This makes me like Trump more, reports of him being abused, and him standing up to it.

I question their judgment anew.

How they got in is secondary to the illegal activities that ensued. Why did this happen, and who authorized it.

Just who willingly violated the doc obligations? This isn't about the doctor, but the Trump crime family.

If it was illegal why didn't Bornstein file charges 15 months ago ?? Wasn't Bornstein divulging some of Trumps medical history without permission illegal or unethical ??

I just explained to you why this is all about the DOC making multiple bad AND questionable choices, and that I dont blame Trump one bit for what he did.
