Trump confirms Cohen represented him in 'crazy Stormy Daniels deal' during Fox interview

Okay, please demonstration that you understand the defilation of extortion and blackmail. Describe IN DETAIL how what Daniels is doing is "blackmail." Be specific.

Threatening to reveal true or untrue damaging information in exchange for money or property. No, the totally Pure Stormy could never have done anything like that. :lamo https://www.thefreedictionary.com/blackmail

I point out your total hypocrisy, you cant defend, so you exclaim "What About." Kind of like when Leftist scream "Racism" over issues that are not about race.

Your defense of trump's idiotic sleazy behavior=Doh I don't like Obama...Obama bad man......Doh

I didn't ask for a definition of blackmail or extortion. I'm well aware that you have access to an online dictionary and that you can post the definition here. I asked you to describe IN DETAIL how what Daniels is doing is "blackmail." Be specific.

NDA's are a normal course of action....Nothing illegal.

Even if he did, what was illegal?

The Hooker/Porn Actress trying to extort/blackmail is the only illegality I can see.

Anyone else find the tragic humor in the fact that the go to defense of Trump is "it wasn't illegal"?

What a sad commentary that each allegation against Trump is measured not on quality of policy but on its legality. Those the offer up this defense should be looking themselves in the mirror and wondering if it its really rather pathetic.

So it looks like our local Trump supporters are moving from the denial to the "so what?" stage.

This is new, and it's huge. Trump is admitting that Cohen represented him in getting an NDA signed and paying off a porn star. He's basically admitting to banging Daniels (because why else would all this happen if he didn't do it). Cohen made an illegal in kind campaign donation and he's going to be disbarred. We'll see what Cohen has to say about all this when it looks really nice to flip on the guy that has treated him like garbage for decades.

FYI, Trump truly screwed Cohen this morning. Avenatti is using what Trump said on Fox and Friends this morning to show that Cohen's fifth amendment invocation is invalid as the criminal investigation is related to Cohen's businesses and has nothing to do with circumstances surrounding the civil suit.

Trump torpedoed Cohen's defense in the Daniels case, lol

I will be very curious to see if that stay is granted. Before today I assumed it would be. Now...I'm not really sure.

Avenatti's response is damning. I don't see how it could possibly be granted. Even if the Judge sides completely with Cohen on the fifth amendment issue, that doesn't prevent the case from moving forward with discovery and depositions from everyone else involved.

45 needs to be deposed.

Trump hurt Cohen alright. How badly is just something we may see tomorrow.

Riiiiggghht. Way to hand wave it off. Just like you would if Hillary ****ed Ron Jeremy and paid him off a couple weeks before the election.

Trumpette loyalty is stronger than any lemming faction this planet has ever seen.

I think Ron Jeremy just threw up in his mouth. LOL.

He's going to have to go under oath.

He just might become the first president to give grand jury testimony in two separate criminal matters.

She was demanding money to not go public with her real or made up story.

Checkmate

Trump flipped on Trump.

Trump flipped on Cohen too.

Trump flipped out on Faux & Freaks on this fine morning. It's what happens when Trump is up all night hollering at the walls then picks up the phone at interview time.

Gonzo Man.

No, not a bit, but well unsurprising you think so....

That's hilarious that you said every democrat worse, you can't point to any evidence that any democrat is close to as bad, so don't bother trying, no such evidence exist;, you just dislike them, love Trump, don't care what scum he is, just admit it why don't you?

Clinton has 24 women who have creditably accrued him of rape or violent sexual assault and it was known before he was elected president yet the DNC covered it up.

"or made up"? So Cohen will just give away $130,000 to anybody who claims to have had sex with Trump. Line up, ladies!

1. This isn't about Bill Clinton.
2. Did Bill Clinton pay HUSH money?
3. Do you condone the action of paying HUSH money?
4. If it had come out, prior to the election, that Trump had an affair with Daniels, I don't think it would have hurt his prospects. Everybody knew he was sleaze-bag. If it had come out, prior to the election, that he paid HUSH money, he would have lost the election.

1)Congratulations for linking to a legitimate source. You're learning!

2)You completely misunderstood the thrust of the article. It wasn't saying that Stormy blackmailed Trump (you don't even have any of the necessary ingredients for extortion there). It was pointing to the larger problem that Trump was, through his bad behavior and illegal attempts to conceal it, opening himself as a United States President to the threat of blackmail. The article makes the specific point that the circumstances of Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal are merely ancillary cases to the larger threat that he could be blackmailed by Putin:

"Earlier this month, retired four-star Gen. Barry McCaffrey caused a stir when he alleged on Twitter that Trump was “for some unknown reason under the sway” of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The insinuation, a not-uncommon one over the past two years, is that Putin might have some leverage over Trump. This was central to the first (unsubstantiated) report in the infamous dossier of material compiled by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele that the Russian government was in possession of compromising information about Trump."

But the article in no way makes the case that Stormy Daniels blackmailed him.

This is why nobody in Congress or the DOJ has been making the case that Daniels should be investigated for extortion.

I speed read your link. It argues basically that Trump would never pass security clearance because he is too vulnerable with all the sexual shenanigans he participated in.

Cardinal asked for linking to evidence stormy engaged in bm/ extortion. Can you quote them specific line that evidences that? Or did you mean to link something that appears to say Trump is a national security risk? (Which he is)

P.S. it doesnt appear that it was checkmate. Or even check. You just needlessly sacrificed a piece to cardinal. A cunning long term strategy perhaps?
