That truck driver that creamed that busload of hockey players; did they ever release his identity? The Conservative Canadian sites I follow say no.

1 eye witness reported a baby stroller was hit. Sad day.
Reports drivers speed at approx 70-80 Kmph, roughly 40 to 50 Mph

In a large city, with traffic noise all around, due diligence would do very little to guard against a ramming attack.

This is a barbaric thought but maybe shooting someone on the spot for that kind of thing isn't such a bad idea.

I watched the Officer arrest this POS. He did it all by the numbers. And I like that.
In days gone by, yes it would have happened. People think of the Wild West, it was not as wild as many think.

Things still happen in the west. I told a deputy about a problem I was having. I mentioned a bullet and a backhoe. His reply was, "Sometimes **** happens. You gotta do what you gotta do."
