Comey: 'No-one around Trump to contain him' - BBC News

The former director of the FBI, James Comey, has told BBC Newsnight that he doesn't believe there is anyone around Donald Trump who can contain him.

In his only UK broadcast interview, Mr Comey said there is no one around him to stop impulsive behaviour.

"We have become numb to it in the US," he added.

Now see...that's the problem right there. He wants to "contain him". Heck, Comey and the rest of the Trump haters have wanted to "contain him" since before he was nominated by the Republicans...and they are STILL trying to "contain him".

Trump slapped their "rightful ruler", Hillary, silly and all they can think about is how to "contain him".

Also why did Comey get fired again? The reason keeps changing and none of them are good.

It is quite obvious that Trump has impulsive compulsive behavior.

He has a beautiful wife young enough to be his daughter but he can't control his impulses and is screwing anything that moves. I wouldn't be surprised to see him hump Pence's leg.

His obesity shows he can't control himself with food. With all his money he should be able to find the best chef to make delicious healthy food but he would choose McDonald's.

Now that I write that I realize I could be writing about Bill Clinton or Don Trump.


Except Clinton stayed married to his first wife.
 
Now I know why he left the Republican Party. Only a liberal snail is permitted to badmouth a sitting President in a foreign country. This guy has it coming, and when he gets it I won't feel a bit sorry for him. President Trump is right. The best thing he ever did as President was fire this small, small man.

I don't like Trump, but to "contain him" means the Deep State is in charge. Trump will gravitate and switch allegiances to the most powerful groups he thinks he can eventually control. There's a lot of CIA around him so he must feel he can outmanuever them. I wouldn't bet on that. That is the one spot where Trump's tweetstorms give him the Bully Pulpit and MSM power. Machiavellian movements will follow as night follows day.

Who did Comey (being investigated for disclosing classified documents) have around him? Let's run through the list. McCabe (assistant director of the FBI fired and looking at possible prosecution for lying under oath and leaking). Strzok (former head of counter intelligence for the FBI demoted and removed form his job). Page (former counsel for the assistant director of the FBI demoted and removed from her job). Baker (top lawyer in the FBI reassigned). Several of them are ****ting all over each other in the press in the last week. It must be lonely to be Comey. He surrounded himself with turds. Comey is an idiot.

"We the people" have never voted on the method. It was chosen by a small group of rich male white landowners to make sure that people like them retained power.

Exactly right. None of us alive today ever decided on the electoral college. So maybe we should take a vote as to whether or not we continue with it?
