President Trump uncharacteristically criticized Vladimir Putin in a Sunday post on Twitter that condemned a suspected chemical attack and disparaged Russia and Iran.

The tweet appeared to be his first post slamming the Russian president, who Trump blamed in part for backing President Bashar al-Assad. He referred to the death of women and children as resulting from a "mindless CHEMICAL attack in Syria."

Surprising that The Donald would say anything negative about his master, V. Putin. I was almost convinced that Putin had something BIG on The Donald & that Donald had been treating him with kid gloves as a result.

And if President Trump didn't criticize Putin for his unwavering support of the murderous Assad regime, what would you say?

Tell us when trump actually implements the sanctions that congress voted on instead of lip service, then get back to us.

It's pretty obvious that Trumps comments about withdrawing from Syria has emboldened Assad and Putin. We should not be surprised by anything that the ruthless murderer Assad does to his people. There is a reason that Obama said that Assad must go. Trump is the one who changed that rhetoric and took the U.S. out of any peace talks in the region. Now he is outraged?

Is not Trump schooled in the ways of professional wrestling where one person pretends to hurt the other but its all just for show?

Wrong.

ISIS is defeated, thanks to Mr. Trump's allowing the military to do their job. Now it is time, and past time, for us to leave.

We had no business in there before, and we have no business there now.

Let the Syrian people deal with their government, and let us deal diplomatically with whatever government ends up the winner.

I do not believe we have either the moral responsibility, or any actual duty to be the World's policeman. Unless we have a clearly established treaty obligation, then we should keep to our own business.

My pleasure.

US imposes sanctions against Russian oligarchs and government officials

The Trump administration is unleashing additional sanctions against seven Russian oligarchs with ties to President Vladimir Putin along with 12 companies they own or control.

The measures announced by the Treasury Department on Friday were also aimed at 17 senior Russian government officials and the state-owned Russian weapons trading company, Rosoboronexport, which has long-standing ties to Syria and its subsidiary, Russian Financial Corporation Bank.
The punitive actions are the latest escalating step by the US to punish Putin's inner circle for interfering in the 2016 election and other ongoing aggressions across the globe in Crimea, Ukraine and Syria.

Your dishonest comments know no bounds. ISIS was on the way out before Trump was president. I'm sure you'll give credit to Trump for the moon still being around as well. Honestly I have never seen so much Trump ass-kissing as I have seen from many Trump supporters. I'm surprised most of his supporters can see daylight with their head shoved up his ass daily.

Those aren't the ones congress voted on.

Moot point.
The Trump administration did not think they were needed at that time.
Obviously, they changed their mind two days ago...

You do realize we could change the word Trump to Obama in your rant above, and it would apply to you and the rest of the "Obama ass-kissers" on this forum, don't you?

Nope because they still aren't implemented. Do you have any more trump ass-kissing comments to make?

I don't credit Obama OR Trump for destroying ISIS, that is the different between you and I. Sure you can see any daylight right now?

He may finally be realizing that he has been had.

Please demonstrate your basis for this assertion.

Not at all projection from me, you specifically said (in bold):

As I've shown, it doesn't apply to me, yet you still tried to project yourself. Have fun eating crow con.

Bull crap

I agree that CNN is mostly "bull crap" but every once in awhile even a blind squirrel can find a nut.
No bull crap in their report this time.
Besides that, the onus is on you to disprove it.
