Trump doesn't have to be a signature, even if the document is concerning him. Kind of like betting on a stock, the parties making bets don't have to be company affiliated.

Trump not signing the contract was always the weakest hand that Avenatti had to play. Even when I read that this was one of his strategies I thought, "Eh, good luck with that, Avenatti. We'll see how that plays out for you." But like the argument about taking the money, it need no longer be a factor. What Schwartz and Trump handed him is much, much better.

Basically, it's like if you and I were in a knife fight. Then you give me a Glock and have a friend hog tie you for good measure. Because, you know, I guess you just needed the extra challenge or something.

Does 45 have a slush fund to pay off women? Did it pay off women who had sex with him consensually or nonconsensual? Is it part of a pre-nup between 45 and Melania?

And the NDA is between an alias that trump doesn’t acknowledge exists so it’s invalid.

"Trump is throwing himself under the bus if he wants the contract with Stormy Daniels to hold up. Trump supposedly made promises and representations to Daniels as part of the contract, and he couldn’t have done that if he didn’t know about the deal."
