That's funny. Every time I've asked for sources, I get a hit in my notification tab, see that TD responded to me, I click it and voila! No links to any sources. Just a another claim that he doesn't source or an ad hom about me being a gun grabber (another claim which, by the way, he will not source).
I've always just sort of assumed that TD must be an extraordinary debater on the subject of guns because he's so into it and, as you say, he throws out statistics like confetti. But I've been debating him with more frequency of late, and have found his position to be an empty suit. He seems to have gotten by more on attitude than on substance.
So, are you saying you would completely change your position on banning the 2A if TD posted sources and links?

So in that case, why the "hub bub"?
You will still want to ban the 2A anyway no matter what anyone posts.
Just be honest with yourself and the rest of us.
This fuss about links and "credible sources" has not changed anyone's mind on here at all.
Have you ever seen it? I have not.
Will you change if you read his links? No.
So why all the fuss about something that will have no purpose on changing your mind in the first place.
I know myself, when someone posts a hundred links and graphs about why is would be great if the 2A was gone and all gun owners were killed or thrown in prison for non-compliance, I don't even look at them.
It is because i know polls and graphs can be manipulated for any outcome you want.
You will never hear me fussing to someone to posts links and graphs because my mind is made up already.
As is yours.
So going on and on about wanting links and stuff is pretty much a waste of time anyway, right?
The gun haters and 2A banners are still going to want to throw me in prison anyway.
No links will ever change what is in their hearts.
